This was our second fall break spending it at this tri-plex in Telluride. The accommodations were great and the host was always quick to respond to any needs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place that is walking distance to downtown Telluride.

Great location. Walkable to town. Very nice furnishings. Kitchen was stocked extremely well. Would highly recommend.

Wedding Retreat

Great location and plenty of space for entertaining friends and family. Very well maintained and the arrival instructions were simple to follow and the departure was even easier.

Nice place, great location

Right down the street from shops, restaurants and gondola. Grocery store located across the street.Definitely recommend.

Beautiful stay in Telluride

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. Not only was it spacious and clean, they thought of everything in terms of what would make a comfortable stay - including humidifiers in every room for those of us who don't live in the mountains and need a little extra moisture in the air. Thank you!

Wonderful home in Telluride!

What a terrific place! Our 5th time staying - treat to return! Kitchen is well equipped, condo offers privacy and group spaces, and very clean. Everyone is responsive - from check in to when we had a small issue which was resolved within an hour. We look forward to returning!

Awesome place in Telluride

We stayed here for a few days over fall break. The weather was a little overcast so we spent more time than we would have liked in the vrbo. Thankfully, this place is super cozy and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The host services were responsive with follow ups as well.

Good time with family. It got a little hot in the evenings since the temperature reached 80, but I know that is a rarity for Telluride. Weather was great though.

Ski trip

This place has a wonderful family room with good views out the windows. It’s a short walk to the main part of town and very close to the market. The home has everything you need. Only negatives were parking. It’s slightly inconvenient that seems to be all of Telluride

We loved our stay in this home in Telluride. 2 adults, 2 teens and a preteen. The house layout was perfect with a bathroom on each of the three floors. It had everything we needed from a full kitchen to washer and dryer, games, puzzles and was stocked with toiletries and other essentials. The house was decorated to match Telluride’s special vibe. We loved it. Great views. Walkable to everything. Very responsive rental management company. Highly recommend.

Great condo, clunky check-in process

The place is great--large, well-appointed, well-furnished and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful (which is good, because you have to contact them a lot). -Important emails went directly to spam and staff had to instruct me to fish them out (this seems to be the fault of the Streamline vacation rental software) -We never got check-in instructions (until we called to ask) -We never got check-out instructions

Hi Kate. We are glad you enjoyed your time in Telluride. Sometimes in life the technology fails us. We sent you a welcome email the day you made your reservation with important details, including to please check your spam folder for any important documents you may have missed. According to our software system, you viewed the majority of the documents including the Guest App email which has arrival instructions included on the app on the day it was sent out. The Blue Residence guide in your condo has the check out instructions stated on the first page. Best part about check out - you do not have do anything! We take care of all the dirty work. All we ask is that you take out food trash. We do our best to monitor the software system for each and every reservation we have for our 60 plus units. We hope you will give us another go for any future Telluride trips. Accommodations in Telluride

Perfect stay in Telluride

We had a last minute work trip and we’re lucky enough to find this place. Impeccably decorated, every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. We enjoyed working from the large dining table with the Olympics playing on the big screen in the background. Will absolutely book again!!

Perfect Spot!!

This is a great place to stay when visiting Telluride. You can walk to everything, town, lifts, grocery store. The property is beautiful, clean plenty of space and overall perfect. We will be coming back.
