WELCOME TO CASA CABINA
Escape the everyday hustle at Casa Cabina, a cozy 1,238 sq ft, two bedroom, two bathroom rural cabin near Kerr Lake.
Set back from the main road and surrounded by mature pine trees, the cabin offers peaceful wooded views with no homes directly behind the property. Whether you're planning a family getaway, lake trip, business stay, extended stay or corporate retreat, Casa Cabina offers a comfortable place to slow down, connect and stay awhile.
COMFORTABLE CABIN LIVING
Step down into the inviting sunken living area with a dramatic two story ceiling and functional gas fireplace. Relax with a movie on the approximately 65 inch Hisense Smart TV, enjoy a board game or puzzle, or unwind by the fireplace after a day at the lake.
Board games, puzzles and children's books are provided.
TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a queen bed. The main bathroom has a shower. Towels, linens, a hair dryer and basic bathroom essentials are provided.
Upstairs, the second bedroom has a full size bed, full size futon and its own bathroom with a tub. An optional twin air bed and playpen are also available.
Casa Cabina accommodates up to 8 guests.
FULL KITCHEN AND FREE LAUNDRY
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from breakfast to a family meal. A Keurig, cookware, dishes, utensils and everyday kitchen essentials are provided.
A washer and dryer are located on the main level, and laundry detergent is provided at no additional charge.
PRIVATE DECK AND LARGE FENCED YARD
Step onto the private back deck overlooking mature pine trees and peaceful wooded surroundings. Part of the deck is covered by a permanent roof and includes a table, chairs and hammock.
The large fenced yard gives dogs plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.
DOGS WELCOME
Casa Cabina is DOG FRIENDLY and thoughtfully equipped for guests traveling with dogs.
An XL kennel, bowls, dog sheets, pee pads and waste bags are provided to make traveling with your dog easier.
FAST FIBER INTERNET
Stay connected with WiFi 6 fiber internet. Stream, browse, work remotely or connect multiple devices while enjoying the quiet of a rural setting.
The living room features a Smart TV. Guests may sign into their own streaming accounts. A second TV is available in the upstairs bedroom.
BUSINESS STAYS AND CORPORATE RETREATS
Casa Cabina offers a peaceful alternative for business travelers, remote work, extended assignments and small corporate retreats. Fast fiber internet and comfortable shared spaces make it easy to stay connected while enjoying a quieter setting.
Overnight corporate and private retreats are welcome. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation. Additional visitors or gatherings require prior host approval and may be subject to additional fees.
EXPLORE KERR LAKE
Casa Cabina is approximately 6.4 miles from Kerr Lake, with access to boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, parks, trails, boat ramps and marinas.
Guests also receive use of ONE COMPLIMENTARY NC STATE PARKS PASS during their stay for Kerr Lake, Falls Lake and Jordan Lake, subject to applicable park rules and pass requirements.
PEACEFUL AND PRIVATE
Casa Cabina sits back from the main road with its own driveway. Mature pine trees surround the property, and the backyard looks directly toward the woods with no homes behind it.
Groceries, restaurants, shopping and other conveniences are available in Henderson, approximately 20 minutes away. I 85 is also easily accessible.
COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE
The primary bedroom, main bathroom, kitchen and laundry are located on the main level. The living room is sunken, with interior steps between the living area and the rest of the main level. The entrance also has two minimal steps.
Central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans and a smart thermostat help keep the cabin comfortable year round. Keyless entry makes self check in easy, and the private driveway provides free parking for several vehicles.
SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND
The cabin is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a first aid kit and three fire extinguishers located throughout the home.
Two exterior security cameras face the driveway and entrance areas. There are no indoor cameras.
EXTENDED STAYS WELCOME
Casa Cabina is comfortable for a weekend escape or a longer stay. With a full kitchen, free in unit laundry, fast fiber internet and comfortable living spaces, it's easy to settle in.

5 stars should say it all. Property is charming and everything described. Love the cozy in the woods feel right off the main drag and close to everything you need really. Hostess definitely has the mostest! Lovely!

The Host was absolutely fabulous. We had a great time here. House is beautiful, comfortable, and was in great proximity to where the guys were working for the couple weeks. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Casa Cabina is the perfect place for peace and quiet!
Our spring break stay was great! The cabin was stocked, clean and comfortable. It was just a short drive to Kerr Lake and restaurants and shopping. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice stay at Casa Cabina. We loved the proximity to Kerr Lake and how cozy it was. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed and more. We also enjoyed sitting around the table on the back deck.

Family Christmas
This was a great place for a quick family get together for Christmas. Very welcoming for dogs and a great fenced in yard. Highly recommended.

Very cozy, with comfortable beds, the fenced yard was great for our dogs. Cabin was priced appropriately. Owner was very responsive to messages and made us feel welcome. We will likely stay there again. Recommended if you want somewhere simple and quiet but only about an hour from Raleigh. We were visiting family in Wake Forest, about 45 minutes away.

The best stay ever!
My family and I absolutely loved staying here! We had so much fun and can not wait to come back! Our host was phenomenal and the nicest weve ever been encountered with. When things wouldnt work properly she was there in a quickness and those kind of hosts are hard to come by! Again we can not wait to come back and stsy here at Casa Cabina!

Visiting NC
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area of North Carolina. The house was adorable & suited our needs perfectly. The house had everything we needed for our stay & the owner was very nice to work with. Our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed roaming around in the fenced in yard (and having a fenced in yard is always an added bonus for us dog owners!!).
