We had a great time staying here! The place was roomy and comfortable, check in was super easy. The best part of course is the view from the upper living room! It was bright and you could see the ocean. The beach is only steps away. Kitchen was big and beautiful. Host was easy to contact.

Great experience in a beautiful well maintained home with an excellent view of the ocean. Plant of room, great WiFi, kitchen and the showers were awesome.

This is a beautiful home! We had a great stay and greatly appreciate the communication ahead of our stay, ease of check in, and a wonderfully clean home! The house has a great layout to enjoy the many ocean views. Highly recommend for a family vacation or getaway with friends!

We just finished another family gathering at this wonderful home. We always look forward to returning.

These guests like many of our guests keep coming back. In this case, they come for family gatherings for off-season weekends. We find many people enjoy using our home home to gather the family or have a weekend get a way. Our rates during the off-season can make it a great alternative to booking several rooms in a hotel. And, you get so much more space in our home.

Spacious and well stocked... Perfect for a family reunion.

The house was in a fabulous location, plenty of space and extremely well equipped with everything we might need. Beds were comfortable and Peter was a delight to work with.

We had a lovely stay in this large, comfortable and well appointment home. Lots of space to enjoy time together and relax. Great indoor and outdoor areas. Owner gracious and accommodating.

Great LBI House

We rented this house for a three generation family vacation, and it was everything we’d hoped for - fabulous location only two minutes to the beach; in a great area of LBI; house was very comfortable and had fabulous outdoor space which we used regularly; etc. Couldn’t have been better.

We have many multi-generation families that stay in our home. Often “grandma and grandpa” appreciate the elevator we have. Plus, many parents comment on how much room we have for everyone to spread out or come together for a family meal or gathering in one of our large common spaces. Our proximity to the beach (and very close to the lifeguard station) is another big plus for families.

This is a very comfortable and lovely place!

Great location on a quiet lane. The owner was promptly responsive to any question we had or issue with the house. Very well stocked for a large house and more than enough pleasant places to hang-out. Our family has a great stay!

So many of our guests comment about the size of our home and all the places to, as this guest calls it, “to hang out”. We designed our home to make sure all the rooms are spacious so that everyone can either gather together or retreat to a quiet spot for some “alone time.”

Our multi-generation family has been coming to LBI for years, and this was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. The home is spacious and comfortable, with excellent views of the ocean and several great outdoor spaces. The kitchen and entire house was extremely well stocked which made it easy for everyone to feel at home.The owner was very communicative, kind, and easy to work with, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.The location was great, just steps to the beach in a quiet, peaceful area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway.

We are glad these guests enjoyed their stay in our home. Many of our guests are “multi-generation” families and we designed our home to accommodate their needs including two living rooms, a full-sized passenger elevator, six spacious bedrooms and an easy short walk to the beach (just “steps away”). Families can all gather together to enjoy a meal around our over-sized dining room table or some can escape to a nice quiet spot.

My family completely enjoys our annual stay on LBI at this fabulous home.

This home is perfect for larger families that need space to spread out. Awesome amenities and proximity to the beach. We have been renters for many years here and enjoy a great relationship with the owner. We are huge fans!

We thank these guests for spending so many of their vacations in our home. They have already signed up again for 2019! Many of our guests comment on how spacious our home is. You won’t find any bunk beds, trundle beds or other “tricks” to pack more people into a home. We want to make sure everyone is comfortable and, to quote this guest, has “space to spread out”. Many of the families, particularly those with small children, appreciate our proximity to the beach.

Well stocked, great location

The most well-stocked vacation rental home ever. It has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and throughout the house. Great home for large family vacations and the location is outstanding. The property owner is very friendly and provided a great, simple check-in experience. I highly recommend this property!

We try very hard to make sure our home is “well-stocked” as this guest noted. We know how frustrating it can be to rent a home and not have enough dishes, glasses, pots and pans or merely long for a juice squeezer! Our home sleeps 12 and that requires a lot of supplies so you are not running out of things. We also have two dishwashers to minimize the time you have to spend on your vacation doing the dishes! We appreciate this guest recommending our home.

Perfect getaway

My family (parents, siblings, aunt, uncle, cousins) were in town for a wedding and this house provided the perfect home base. It is a fantastic house to hang and the location was phenomenal. Loved the experience, we looked online to book next summer but already booked, our loss. Great place.

Great place for a reunion

College reunion for a group of woman that had not seen each other in years. It was the perfect place with lots of bedrooms and places to gather and talk. I would guess it’s great for multiple families as well.

We have hosted many such reunions in our home. Our guests appreciate the fact that there is plenty of room for everyone to gather together (either at our very large dining room table for a meal or in either of our two large living/family rooms) or spread out for some privacy and quiet time.

Great space, great views, great host.

It was a pleasure staying in this home. It was able to accommodate a large group of adults with plenty of space. The house was in tip top shape and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. I look forward to coming back!

We just returned from our annual February trip to this wonderful home celebrating a number of February birthdays. The home was, as it always is, beautifully maintained. The entire family looks forward to this weekend each year.

An absolute gem!!

Lifelong friends stayed for MDW and this house is everything and more!! It's perfectly located a house from the beach with easy access to get onto the private beach. The rooftop and decks for sunset and sunrise was one of the best parts! The house has plenty of rooms and we felt right at home. Will definitely be back!!
