Nestled in the exclusive Raquet Club with a knockout view of Lake Chapala and the mountains and stars above you will find our beautiful home. There are two individual units inside our stone walls and we have an extensive array of flowers and trees .. Hummingbirds , Orioles,, Red and Blue birds are daily visitors as well as many butterflies. and an occasional pair of cows walk up the road to graze on the neighbor’s grass!
You can hike up the trails above our property , horseback ride or enjoy the “Club” where you will find an Olympic size pool, tennis, racquet and pickle ball courts, walking track, full gym, library and billiards.
The apartment itself is one private level with a full kitchen including gas stove, refrigerator, microwave , coffee pot, and all essential items for any meal ..tons of storage and counter space.
If you are eating out there is no need to leave the neighborhood … Monte Coxala Restaurant and Spa is just a few blocks away!!
The awesome bedroom has a king bed with comfy mattress and make up area , large closet and a deep indoor private jacuzzi… heated by the outside well of 130* water supply that is delivered 3 times a week via the maintenance team.
Full enclosed shower in the bathroom , vanity sink and individual toilet room.
The living room area is lovely and is furnished in classic style that opens up with full sliding glass doors to allow the outside view of the garden and lake to surround you. The high ceilings are beautiful Mirador brick which are simply a work of art. There is a large furnished tile patio which is great to enjoy the outside and to just relax with a glass of wine.
A covered parking place is for your vehicle and there is a laundry for your use.
