When we arrived at the property and walked in we noticed family pictures on the wall, food in the freezer and refrigerator, somebody clothes in the dresser drawer and closet. We had to keep our clothes in the suitcases. We had somebody things on the counter in the bathroom everything was super annoying.

Hello, I am sorry the property was not as expected. We have had 41 five star reviews, so this is unusual. I am quoting our house description: This is a lived in home, (not a sterile Hotel feel), and hopefully you’ll enjoy browsing through our book collection, and checking out our keepsakes from family trips. There is plenty of closet space (shelves and space to hang your clothes), just not drawers. So please treat it as you would your own home. We are avid travelers and nature lovers, and love to share our home when we are out and about traveling, hiking or skiing. If this was not what you expected, maybe you missed the transparent description. There was indeed plenty of shelf and hanging space in the closets for your clothes. We left unopened milk in the fridge for your coffee (and complimentary coffee which it looked like you enjoyed), and condiments on the fridge doors which people usually appreciate not having to buy a smidge of kethup or mustard for the weekend. I do always appreciate the feedback, and hope the other members of your party enjoyed Denver.

This was a perfect house for my family- plenty of room and bathrooms! Location was even better than I thought and Maria had great suggestions for dinner. I would recommend this home to everyone!!

Reunion Haven!

This property was great for our family reunion /wedding weekend. tons of rooms for everyone and a great room that kept us all close. This house has everything!

Great location near Colorado Boulevard and 6th Ave. The number of beds and baths worked well for our group of seven adults. The house is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Easy, good parking. Prompt, friendly response from owner.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Th location, the house and the host were great. We had 8 adults stay at the house which was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable an great location in Cherry Creek. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location and wonderful host

terrific property for large groups. Our family of. seven adults and a baby had tons of space. There’s also a really nice outdoor area to sit. And the owners are very gracious. Plus the neighborhood is fabulous for walking.

Beautiful home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Just a few minutes drive to the Botanical Gardens and a thriving Cherry Creek. The host responded quickly to questions we had. Definitely will revisit.

Baseball in the Rockies

The house was great, we enjoyed sitting in the back patio. Everyone played basketball and had a great time. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone is excited for next year.

Nice joint wedding party house!

Very enjoyable and spacious to house 15 people comfortably with no issues. Were able to come and go as we please and reach everything we needed too without having to drive for awhile. Very impressed and enjoyable stay!

Incredible Find!

An absolutely gorgeous, spacious house with plenty of room and amenities to satisfy all 12 of us! Maria was awesome to work with, and helped make our stay unforgettable. If we get back to Denver and need a house to rent again, this will be at the top of our list!
