Perfect ski stay!

Had a great stay! Management was quick to respond with question, the unit was very clean, and we were very close to WP ski resort

Great location! The unit was clean had all that we needed. Hosts were responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again. There’s a yellow route stop right in front of the building.

Perfect spot for a quick trip to the mountains. Kids loved the bunk bed and TV in their room. Office was very responsive. Managed to get us checked in early and using the pool right away.

Nice and cozy place for the price. There was even an extra pull out bed in the bunk room, which was great for the three kids with us. Pay attention to pool and clubhouse hours. We almost missed the chance to swim even though this was a big part of why we booked the place.

We loved this place! Clean, beautiful view, plenty of room, comfortable beds. What more do you need? Great location. Kids swam in the pool and there are dvds available in the lobby too. Everything was excellent. So happy we did this instead of a boring hotel!

Great place!

We loved this place! Everything was comfortable. Very comfotable! The king bed suite was lovely and the other bedroom suite had a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and an additional trundle. And the living room has a pull out couch. Lots of sleeping options.The kitchen was well stocked. This place was just a quick 5 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort and just a few minute drive into Winter Park for shops and restaurants. We're excited to come back with the rest of the family!

Very Comfortable Stay

This condo was perfect! My son loved the bunk bed (now he wants one) and the place could have slept another family or a couple more kids if we needed it. Lots of small touches; games, coffee filters and coffee, plenty of kitchenware, blankets, etc. It’s in the perfect location; 5 mins from the resort, less than 5 to the town of Winterpark and another 5 to Fraser. We would stay here again!

True mountain condo

This a true mountain condo within the lodgepole pine forest and is very quiet! The club house staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay.

Weekend getaway

Nicely furnished and very responsive, friendly management. Fireplace was the source of heat in the living room but was broken. There was no note to that effect. Maintenance person came promptly and diagnosed the problem but couldn’t fix it. He also found a dead bat inside the grate. The fireplace was very dirty. Other than that the place seemed very clean with modern appliances and fixtures.

Good location, poor experience

When we got there the unit was absolutely freezing. The thermostat read 55 degrees and there are NO instructions on how to turn the fireplace on, which is the only heat source in the unit. The thermostat regulating the fireplace is clearly broken and didn’t do anything to turn it on. We went into the bedrooms to stay warm and saw that the bunk room had bedspreads that were totally disheveled- leading us to wonder if they had even been changed since the last renters. We called the property manager about the heat and they didn’t believe us. Finally they sent a technician over who was great and fixed it - and also acknowledged that this was not working properly, and that the property managers thought we were crazy to be calling about this. They clearly don’t know this unit. We had to remove a face plate On the unit and manually turn it on to have heat. We didn’t want to leave the gas running all night so when we woke up the main living area/ kitchen was back to 50 degrees - so we had to make breakfast and get ready jn freezing temps until the unit fore’s up after manually turning it on. The wifi barely worked to stream anything on phones / daughters iPad. Overall not a good experience and would not recommend this unit to others. Disappointed we pod that Koch for two nights having to deal with that.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are sorry that your experience at our rental was frustrating and you were unhappy. We do try to get maintenance items fixed and sometimes it does have to do with the entire building and not just the unit which does require for us to reach out to others to help address the problems. We also do try to re-accommodate guest to other vacation rentals when things are not working out correctly and do very much apologize if this was not an option offered to you. Our management team will review all of this.

We could not get in the property right away but I called the emergency line and they were able to fix it within 3 minutes
