This little studio is perfect for 2 people. My favorite part was the upstairs deck, overlooking the river. It was very peaceful at night. The studio is decorated lovely, and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

Loved this little getaway! Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we loved sitting on the back deck listening to the river. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware we needed to cook meals while we were there. We also loved visiting the coffee shop right next door. Would definitely stay here again.

Great studio, great location only 15 minutes away from Mt. Washington Road entrance.Balcony over looking the river was beautiful, I sat out there for breakfast every morning we were there.

Great Location

The river in the back is beautiful, the porches are private and quiet, and yet you’re right on Main Street and right next door to a delicious coffee and sandwich and books and gifts store. Thanks for a great stay!

An excellent location!

We enjoyed a cozy and relaxing stay in this studio! The private balcony with river views was a great way to end a fun filled day exploring the white mountains! We would love to return!

What a beautifully maintained property in the heart of Gorham! The river side setting was magical. It has 2 decks facing the creek and it’s easy to wade out in the water to cool your feet after a day on the trails. The road is a bit noisy, but the window ac unit works well if needed to cool at night. Even though the fixtures are dated, everything worked very well and it’s clean. The location can’t be beat for convenience!

Perfect place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and cosy. We had all we needed and more! I would strongly recommend this charming loft. Suzanne is a really nice person. We appreciated all her little touches. Great balcony by the river and close to many activities and amenities. Long life to Suzanne’s place.

Great place to stay 30 minutes from Sunday River

Suzanne’s property is a perfect place to stay if you are looking to ski at Sunday River (30 minute drive) or experience the white mountains. I would stay here again.
