You'll love this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the subdivision of Lafitte's Landing. The furnished deck is a lovely place to spend an afternoon reading, or to have an evening cocktail. You can hear the waves and smell the salty air. The beach is only a minutes away via the private golf cart/walking path!

The bright, open living area features a big comfy sectional sofa with room for all to relax. The cute dining table doubles as a game table for those nights of cards, puzzles, or dominoes. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee pot, and all the cookware you'll need for your vacation. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.

With nearly 1200 square feet, the house sleeps 11 comfortably. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds with an extra twin trundle. All bedrooms (and the living area) have their own televisions.

Enjoy the gulf breeze while you entertain your guests downstairs at the outdoor bar area. In this shaded space, you'll find a hanging swing, picnic table, and charcoal grill. The outdoor shower is terrific for rinsing off a day spent at the beach.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.) All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
