Spacious home

Really enjoyed the hosts recommendations for local restaurants. Appreciated having the designated parking spaces vs having to use street parking. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Pittsburgh '24 Eclipse Trip

My family really enjoyed our trip to Pittsburgh. This property and accommodations were great! The house had more than enough room for the 6 of us (all adults). The host was very responsive to messages.

Everything about this place was as advertised and more. We really enjoyed our stay. The manager responded within minutes when we had a question and went above and beyond. Book this one!

Great Mount Washington Home

The place was better than advertised. It was clean, in a perfect spot to get anywhere in Pittsburgh quickly. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and a few of the neighbors struck up conversation with us. I would definitely stay here again. Corey was a fantastic host and kept in touch with us our entire stay to make sure we were comfortable.

Fun time in PA

Great location and updated home close to Pittsburgh. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Stairs are steep and 3 stories. It’s easier to park in back for entering home. Overall a great house

Beautifully Remodeled Home!

The home was very nice, and having been originally from the area, it was fun to see how a traditional Pittsburgh home had been remodeled, yet holding so much of the original character. The kitchen had what we needed, the house was spacious with plenty of room for our group. I gave 4-stars because the beds were not very comfortable and at a minimum could have used better quality/newer bed linens. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location & perfect for large group!

I think the house could have been cleaner & there weren’t many common necessities like cups or garbage bags or paper towels - the bathrooms didn’t have hand towels so we had to use a washcloth. But with that being said - it was very affordable for the location!! The number of rooms/beds & bathrooms was perfect! Cheap Uber rides to essentially anywhere you want to bar hop in the city! Great communication as well!

Wonderful property

10 of us stayed for a Bachelorette weekend, the house was perfect, plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone, it was clean and beautifully decorated. Only negatives we really had was not enough towels for everyone, thankfully some of us brought our own, and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable on all but 1 bed on the 3rd floor. Otherwise the host was very quick to answer questions, and the house overall was wonderful, would highly recommend.

Celebrated CMU graduation!

Corey was great. House is just like in pics. Very clean and comfortable. Park in back to avoid steps. Made a few suggestions on replacing sheets and blinds. We would absolutely rent again if ever back in Pittsburgh. Thank you Corey! NB. The kitchen is lovely!

Nice DIY Reno

Everything was fine. I do agree with other VRBO guests that the living room sofa has many stains, and even an oder to it. We placed blankets on it before sitting on it. Stair rugs should be replaced. Would be nice to have a king sized bed....at least in the master. I make these comments because I also rent out our home at the shore....and I keep very high standards for accommodations for my guests. But again, overall, the property was fine.

We were in town over the weekend for a funeral, staying with our children and young grandchildren. This home poses many safety issues and did not meet the expectations pictured/described in the listing. The living area furniture is not what was pictured with pills/food found in between cushions, garbage around the outside of the house, broken lamps some with burnt bulbs, broken kitchen table and end table. Smoke detector open without batteries. The dish washer has been leaking for a while, rotting the cabinet. Flooring is worn on the first floor and stair carpeting should be cleaned/replaced as the top stair has loose carpeting creating a tripping hazard. 2nd floor wall paper is peeling off. Beds are very creaky with mismatched bedding different from listing pictures. Limited towels that need to be replaced. Some of these issues were presented to the host within the first few hours of arriving. The host was responsive and offered to have someone come out to inspect the damages. We declined as many of these issues would have been too disruptive to attend to during our short stay and should have been taken care of prior to arrival.
