Simply Amazing! Location, location, location. Right in the heart of it all but your own place. Very rare for the area! Host was amazing, knowledgeable, responsive etc. Will stay again for sure!

Brian and their guests were extremely kind and took fantastic care of the property during their stay at the Modern Mansion of Miami in South Beach. They were very communicative and were wonderful to host. They are welcome back anytime they want to come visit us again in South Florida. Thanks for being a great guest and hope to see you again soon

Gorgeous spot for my bachelorette!

My friends and I had an amazing time staying at the Modern Mansion of Miami for my bachelorette! I was looking for a modern home where each of my guests could sleep comfortably and we'd have communal space -- this offered all of that!Austin immediately texted us on booking. His assistant, Aidhee, welcomed us beautifully with a champagne toast on the balcony, decorated cupcakes, and our favorite snacks, purchased by her. She gave us great recs in the area and made sure we were very comfortable. The house is super high tech, with an elevator and all kinds of lighting, sound systems, loads of seating. Definitely designed to be a party house if you want it to be. I appreciated lots of mirrors and outlets, which was perfect for lots of girls getting ready at once. The house stands alone and has a double-gated private and secure entry and exit. It was super easy to walk to the hot spots of South Beach from the home, including the Versace Mansion, or get picked up by Uber. The house is pretty soundproof, despite being in a busy area. The beds are comfy and rooms have black out shades, so you will be able to sleep!Austin and Aidhee made themselves available to us 24/7 throughout the weekend over text. We were even offered the downstairs unit at a discounted price once we got there. Clean up was minimal. They took care of everything.Overall, we had a great time celebrating my bach and the house made it extra special.

Amazingly Beautiful Stay

Austin was an amazing host. He not only waited for us even though we reached late at night, he was thrilled to show us around the house. He warmly welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and made us feel at home while giving a house tour. Lastly, he made it a point to mention how we should have a blast and not worry about anything at all. The house is situated at a prime location thereby being close to the most happening street on the south beach. It was very well maintained and clean as we entered. The abundance of space and utilities just made our stay extra special. The house is sound proof, so it's a great party spot too. Overall, we had a blast and enjoyed our time.
