Questa è una seconda casa per la nostra famiglia, arrediamo, manteniamo e forniamo la casa per far divertire gli ospiti tanto quanto noi. Questo lussuoso sci decorato professionalmente nello sci fuori dalla casa di Park City offre accesso diretto agli sci di montagna, vasca idromassaggio privata, sauna, home theatre e ampie viste sul centro storico! A 70 m dalla pista Quit'n Time di Park City Mountain Resort, Ski Haven è a soli tre isolati da negozi e ristoranti di classe mondiale su Main Street - eppure la sua posizione, su un vicolo cieco nella Città Vecchia, offre pace e tranquillità senza attraverso il traffico.

Camere ampie e luminose, decorate con vivaci combinazioni di colori e arredate con pezzi occidentali di qualità, offrono un'atmosfera calda e invitante che favorisce la famiglia e l'amicizia. Ospita fino a dieci in quattro camere da letto, è perfetto per due o tre famiglie in vacanza insieme o per un folto gruppo di sciatori, pensionanti, escursionisti, ciclisti o golfisti.

Il livello superiore è l'ingresso. Qui troverai che il garage ha il riscaldamento a pavimento radiante, che fornisce protezione per due veicoli e un deposito riscaldato per sci, scarponi e snowboard.

Il livello principale comprende un ponte con posti a sedere all'aperto e grill a gas, cucina abitabile, scrivania con accesso internet wireless ad alta velocità, soggiorno con TV satellitare HD 42 '' e home theatre con CD / DVD, sala da pranzo, camera da letto con letti a castello , bagno con vasca idromassaggio e sauna personale!

Il livello inferiore offre una vasca idromassaggio privata con area salotto all'aperto. La master suite, con letto king-size, TV satellitare / DVD e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio. Le camere da letto tre e quattro si trovano anche al piano inferiore, entrambe le camere hanno letti queen-size e condividono un bagno completo con doccia a vapore.

Costruito per le Olimpiadi invernali 2002 Ski Haven offre un ampio uso di pavimenti in legno, calore radiante, piastrelle personalizzate, armadi in ontano, banconi in granito, lucernari, ventilatori a soffitto e accoglienti mobili occidentali.

Great location, nice finishes and really comfortable beds

We went to Park city with 3 other couples and felt like there was enough room for all 8 of us. Location is great, short walk to ski from top of town lift and skiing home was easy. Town is a 5 minute walk, but be warned you will need to navigate a lot of stairs coming home. Kitchen is very well equipped and the bathrooms are fantastic. The beds are extremely comfortable and luxurious. Overall a great property in a great location.

There is a nice little "cheat" to walk back home without having to walk the three flights of stairs. Walk or take the free trolley to the top of Main St., walk King to first intersection which is Woodside. A short fairly flat walk on Woodside to first set of stairs, up the one flight of stairs and you are back home.

Lovely property, excellent location; everything we had hoped for!

Thanks Jay for a fantastic MLK weekend. We could not have timed it better. Conditions were perfect with 20” of new snow; thank you for letting our two families enjoy your home! Loved watching the super lunar eclipse last night from the hot tub after a fantastic day of powder skiing. Very comfy home away from home. Will be back to stay again.

Unique City Location

3 couples who do a ski trip together every year, rented Ski Haven for a 4-day weekend. We've done a lot of house rentals in different ski locales around the country--Ski Haven is unique in offering near-ski-in-ski-out convenience that is also walking distance into downtown Park City. That's a unique combination to find. You don't even have to have a car, though we did for convenience's sake. Access to the slopes is an easy walk to the end of the street and up a short incline, then click in and go. Once you get the hang of the return route (look for the green house and make a hard right turn!) you can ski right to the end of the street. House is new-ish, comfortable and well-appointed, not huge but great for our group of 6. The house is on 3 levels, with lots of stairs since it's perched on a steep slope. Given Ski Haven's less-than-an-hour location from SLC airport, it's perfect for a short getaway.

This place is great

The walk down to the end of the road where you drop in and ride down to the lift is very short and easy, this is definitely ski in/ski out. Then you ski right back to the same place. The house is in good shape, we had a great time.

Perfect Ski House!

Our two families had a great week in this house. The location is easy for ski in/out and walking right down to Main Street. It’s very clean, stocked, nice hot tub and responsive owner. Highly recommend this home!

First Class, We Will Be Back

Three couples came out for Sundance and this was a perfect lodging choice. We came to ski and partake in Sundance activities and managed to do all of that without a car. Ski in and ski out is very nice and walking to main activity locations for Sundance is terrific because parking is such an issue during the festival. Public transportation of off site venues is free and efficient. Hope to be back next year.

Really Nice Place, Great Ski Access

Had a great stay which happened to include great snow for our group. House is just as advertised, owner easy to work with and communication was very good. If you like to cook this is your place, kitchen has everything you could need.

Great House / Great Location

We just finished our Christmas week stay in Park City. The house was exactly as advertised and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very helpful and prompt with any questions leading up to our trip. Both the location and convenience to the slopes and Main Street are a huge plus. It's just a short 2 minute walk to click on your ski's/board and you're heading down to the Town Lift ready to start your day avoiding any lines at the base area of the mountain. It was the same at the end of the day once we learned our bearings. Coming down Quit 'N Time run and skiing right to the edge of our street. We had our equipment off, ready to relax or hit the hot tub. The walk from Main Street back up to the house takes some getting used to especially if you're not acclimated to the elevation. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend to any group of 8 to 10.

Lovely home

A few of us stayed here after running in the Ragnar relay. What an amazing place to relax after running 200-ish miles. Beautiful home, great view, close to downtown...everything we needed! We'll be looking at this home again next year.

Terrific Thanksgiving Holiday at Ski Haven

Just back from a wonderful family gathering in Park City. We were a family of 8 and found Ski Haven exactly as we expected. Feel comfortable renting as this house has everything you could want. Even has roasting pans and crock pot all put to use for our Thanksgiving feast. Home was very comfortable for our group of 8, heated garage was a nice bonus. We were even greeted with 14" of fresh snow for opening weekend at Park City Mountain Resort. The direct ski access from Ski Haven is exactly that however this early in the season the snow crews had not yet opened the Town Lift / town runs so we drove over to PCMR. We knew this coming in and the owner pointed out ahead of time so no worries at this end. I was told PCMR has all open typically mid December. Love to come back later in the season to enjoy the location and amenities again. You get 5 stars from me! I'll be back.

Ski Haven !!

Last year I was able to make my first trip to Park City, UT and my goal was to stay close to Main Street, and also, be able to ski in and ski out in order to avoid the city bus. Ski Haven was able to accomplish these goals and many more to count. Eight friends and myself stayed here and we never felt crowded due to the vast space and abundance of windows. The pictures accurately depicted the house and the owner was very easy to work with. I have already reserved my next reservation and I am currently counting down the days!
