We came not for the beach but to be near Mayo clinic. It was a great location, quick drive to mayo, close restaurants and so nice and quite to heal. All the conforts of home.

Close to the beach, porch is as advertised in pictures, and the place was clean. Nice place for a getaway from life.

Great Place to Stay

Loved the location and the house was perfect. We enjoyed the outback area with the firepit. Beds were all comfortable and I would recommend staying there

Great place!

Lovely place! Comfy bedding and towels! We enjoyed the back deck seating area! Everything is provided that you would need for the beach.

The stay was good, please let people know all beds upstairs

I would stay again, Ed communicated from the time of booking the trip until I left the property, I asked for handicap access no bed down stairs the only problem.

We love Summer Breeze!

Overall impression was excellent! Easy communication with owner, clean home, close to the beach and so much more to explore! I had surgery and a week of recovery here while my family took care of me and played at the beach. Owner sent flowers and made us as comfortable as possible. We will stay here again!

Great place

Within walking distance to a lot of stuff. We didnā€™t use the bikes but such a great addition. Property is super clean and had everything we needed. Loved the backyard and the ability to sit outside on a summer evening. Host is super communicative and great.

Birthday with Family

Well appointed property that is centrally located in the Jax Beach area within walking distance (or a bike ride) to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Thereā€™s even a wagon provided to help you with carting your stuff to the beach. My young adults really enjoyed the fire pit.

Amazing Stay Near the Beach

This Host and Property were both amazing! This property has any and everything you will ever need for your stay! From the kitchen to bikes in the garage. We give a 10/10! We would definitely come back here if we ever visited Jacksonville again. Highly recommended! Just to mention, this host went out of their way to mail me stuff we forgot there, we were truly happy with our stay!

Awesome Beach House

We had a wonderful family vacation and loved the close walk to the beach! Excellent communication from the owner which was greatly appreciated. The garage had a cooler, wagon and lots of beach toys for the kids to enjoy. As an added bonus tons of beach towels which was helpful! We really enjoyed parking in the garage and the nice back patio to hose off from the beach. Lots of food and groceries nearby and again the communication with the host was amazing. We will stay here the next time we are in Jacksonville!

Great experience!

My husband, 2 small kids, and I stayed here for a couple of weeks during our home reno. We had a great experience. The location isnā€™t the greatest in terms of walking to the beach (itā€™s doable but not suggested with toddlers) and the neighborhood doesnā€™t have sidewalks; however, itā€™s centrally located and very easy to get anywhere quickly. Home had everything we needed. The property manager and owner were a pleasure to work with.
