My family and I stayed for 7 days. The home was very clean. Kenny answered questions when I contacted him. My grandkids enjoyed the pool they got in every day. The pool guy even came to clean it while we were there. So it was clean. I just recommend better non stick cookware and baking pans. Overall this home was great and definitely would book again. Highly recommended.

Property and location was great. The house itself was nice. It could use a little touch ups here and there but overall, very pleasany. We had 16 people in our group including kids and we had a great time. Very close to Disney. If we travel with a large group again, we would definitely consider renting this house.

4/10 Scarso

Mi è piaciuto: Check-in e posizione
Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, comunicazione, accuratezza dell’annuncio
The cleanliness was below an acceptable standard, with dust clearly visible on surfaces above normal eye level. The furniture was outdated, tired, and in need of refurbishment, while the bed linen had rips and was not of the standard expected. The pool screen was damaged, with parts detached, and it took five days for the necessary repairs to be carried out. This significantly affected our enjoyment of the facilities, as we were unable to fully enjoy the pool and pool area during our stay. In addition, we were unable to use the pool area at night due to being repeatedly bitten by bugs. The bathing area was also overgrown with weeds and appeared poorly maintained, which further detracted from the overall experience.Another major issue was the poor communication from the host. I had to contact him myself to request updates regarding the outstanding repairs, rather than receiving timely information or updates proactively. The lack of communication was frustrating and added to our disappointment.Thi

the house needs a deep clean. It is tired. The dishwasher needs new racks, the present ones are rusty, and bent. There needs to be either sharp knives or a knife sharpener. Towels need to be replaced with new ones. These have served well. There are some rips in some of the bed sheets. They should be replaced. Having said that the home is great for families. The pool and spa are great. It handles a large number of people well. We had a good stay.

Disney vacation

We had an awesome time staying at this house with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of room and the club oasis in the neighborhood was a huge plus. The kids loved the lazy river after going to the parks all day.

Thank you Karen! Oasis Club with it's massive heated pool and heated lazy river in addition to movie theater, gaming arcade, restaurant etc really makes the stay even better. We are glad your family's 7-night stay with us was relaxing and fun. Thanks again for being our guests!

Great Stay

Overall, great stay! Nice spacious home with plenty of bedrooms, a washer/dryer, game room, private pool and hot tub, and a wonderful resort community pool/waterslide/club. Place was clean, just needs a nice deep clean as well as a new Keurig machine, as it wouldn’t power on. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Great place for a large group - we would stay again!

The rental was as advertised but shows some signs of wear. The rooms are spacious and the setup is nice. There are a good deal of appliances there, and the property management group are good to talk with. They are responsive and helpful. The main issue is the wear and tear on the place. The dryer would fault out multiple times. Most TV's weren't smart TVs so we couldn't cast to them for the kids shows. The dish washer needed to be ran multiple times to make it work. The stuff in the play room is a bit worn down. That said it was a great stay and would rent again
