So glad Destin West Sandpiper L-01 was exactly what you wanted — the easy first-floor access, that amazing bay view, and the bonus green space. Happy the lazy river provided relaxing fun and that the kitchen let you enjoy favorite meals. Sounds like the dolphin tour was a great addition. Thank you for your review of Destin West Sandpiper L-01. I’m glad the location and pool access worked well for your stay. I’m very sorry the condo fell short on cleanliness, had a strong chemical smell, and that you didn’t receive a response when you asked about towels. That is unacceptable. We have shared your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and will: - Investigate and address the odor source and thoroughly air out and deep-clean the unit. - Launder and replace any stained or soiled linens and pillowcases, and clean or replace the rug and affected upholstery as needed. - Re-mop and degrease the floors and reinforce our cleaning checklist and pre-arrival inspections. - Review our messaging processes to ensure timely responses and confirm the listing accurately reflects what amenities are provided; we’ll also evaluate adding beach/pool towels as a convenience. Thank you for the honest feedback — it helps us improve. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. — Team BBG

Thank you for your review. Sorry you didn’t receive the check-in information and that it caused panic. I’m glad contacting Vrbo and the host got you checked in smoothly. We’ll share this with our team and review our messaging/delivery process so it doesn’t happen again. We hope to host you again. Team BBG
