The sandy shores of Seabrook Island are steps from your front door, along with two 18 hole gold courses, pools and dining at the Beach Club and Island House! Gentle southern breezes blow throughout reminding you the Low Country is just outside.
The gorgeous kitchen has white cabinetry, granite countertops, new GE stainless appliances, fabulous fixtures, and a stunning tile backsplash. The gourmet chef in you will shine when spending time in this well appointed kitchen which overlooks the the front deck. There are barstools at the counter. The perfect spot to assist with meal preparations or read the morning paper with a cup of coffee. The kitchen opens onto the dining area. A large table with seating for 8 is roomy enough for the family meals, or game night. The dining room and living room are lined with floor to ceiling windows. The vaulted ceilings with fan create an open and spacious environment. A large TV anchors the living area for entertainment and the sectional sofa has ample room for viewing. The front deck has a table and four chairs for outdoor dining or evening cocktails.
The guest bedroom is on the first floor and has access to the front deck. Natural light floods into this bright and cheerful room with it's two full size beds. A guest room is complete when it has a large Smart TV and overhead ceiling fan. The hall guest bath is completely renovated with a new vanity, tiled tub/shower combo and updated fixtures. The first floor also has a laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer. Head upstairs to your stunning master en-suite. There is a private deck off the master, the perfect spot for viewing evening sunsets. The spacious master suite has it all: King bed, wood floors, ceiling fan, closets and a large master bath. Your master bath oasis has new cabinetry, dual sinks, oversized custom shower with beautiful tile work and frameless glass shower door.

**As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
No pets are allowed at this villa.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you lose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
