The condo was comfortable, well appointed, and in a gorgeous location, a home away from home. The instructions were perfect and very thoughtful. It was so nice to be walking distance to amenities and interests yet in a park like atmosphere. I loved it, will highly recommend it, and definitely would stay there again.

The view from the balcony of the park was beautiful, even better than we expected. Really nice stay, and we were able to do laundry in the well-kept facility down the hall.

Place was clean, roomy, and well equipped. Bed was excellent. Host checked in multiple times to confirm arrival, offer things to do/places to eat, and even made a point of introducing himself when we met outside the building to have a friendly chat. View from all patio doors is like a park - beatifiul. A very comfortable stay.

Great vrbo in an older charming building. The property is dated but the beds and couch we very comfortable and it was immaculately clean! The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked most meals while we were there. I was working remotely and the wifi was perfect for my video calls. There is also an amazing coffee shop located in the building that ilwe visited each morning. The veiws from the balcony were beautiful. Getting to downtown Hilo was fast and easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Baby Luau

Great place to stay right in the heart of Hilo. We were there for a baby luau so the location was perfect to visit with friends and family. I would recommend it to anyone who asks where to stay in Hilo!

We had a great time staying at this property in Hilo. The property itself was a little dated, which I think you can see in the photos, but it was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for everything we wanted to do. Would recommend!

Nice Location and Stay!

We enjoyed our stay here and would return for a future stay again. Property was very quiet and secure, located next to a beautiful park and Wailoa River. Amazing sunrise in the mornings was a bonus. Property manager was very responsive and attentive.

Great spot in Hilo!

Wonderful place with plenty of room! Great view and location. Was close to a few restaurants and a short drive to Volcanoes National Park. We felt safe and the building was well lit.

The spacious apartment was very clean, nicely furnished and very elegant in its decorum. The outlook over the lagoons was very pretty and it was a reasonably quiet location, with only one loud neighbor in unit 526. The 55 -year old building needs some attention, though. The cement on the pool area was very hard to walk with bare feet.

Perfect Condo and Location for WFH (Work From Hawaii)

I love taking my breaks and walk around the complex, go to farmers market or go to all the amazing different food places around. It’s also just minutes to beaches falls , the volcano, farms, botanical gardens and many other beautiful places

Perfect vacation spot

Nice, quiet and clean apartment. Easiest check in and check out process I’ve ever had with any rental. Lots of space if we were staying longer to store clothes, etc. The air conditioning worked great which isn’t always the case in Hawaii. Within walking distance of downtown. Will stay here again if going to Hilo
