Incredibile proprietà con una bellissima trota fornita di torrente che scorre veloce attraverso di essa. Goditi il ponte che si affaccia sul torrente o siediti nella vasca idromassaggio e rilassati. Questo è un posto davvero tranquillo per rilassarsi e godersi la vita all'aria aperta.
Solo min. lontano dal maneggio di Leatherwood. Puoi fare shopping a Boone, Blowing Rock o andare alla Tweetsie Railroad o alle caverne di Linville con 20 minuti. Zipline o Gem Mining è anche uno dei preferiti dei nostri ospiti.

Peaceful Weekend Getaway

We greatly enjoyed our weekend at the cabin. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook delicious meals and the small cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Our dogs had a blast playing on the property and we relaxed by the river every day we stayed. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great little cabin to get away for the weekend and get off the grid. Loved the cabin and creek right on the property.

Beautiful Property

Great river access

Property is very well kept and while a small cabin it had everything we needed for a small family of four. Cabin has all the basics (coffee filters, a variety of pans, salt and pepper etc.) and everything was in working order. Access to the river and a nice large flat section for the kids to run around was a big plus. I will note that the cabin is right next two two neighboring cabins (like 30-50ft on each side) and directly off the road (like 10 ft.) so it's not secluded as the angle of the cover photo might suggest. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful Centralized Location…well stocked

Had a great stay. Found ourselves taking day trips to the Blue Ridge parkway loop each day and relaxing at the cabin each morning and each evening. Good central location…loved the screened in porch and the fire pit. Really appreciate that there was good firewood on site so I did not have to go buy it. Owners were very responsive to questions.

Perfect

The cabin and yard/creek was perfect and everything you could want! The hot tub, grill and the fact that it was pet friendly! Just leave extra room in your vehicle to take your trash with you.

Quaint, Clean, Slightly Inconvenient

House was tastefully arranged maximizing space in a relatively small house. Everything was extremely clean. Ac was non functional but host assured a maintenance team had been notified and a partial refund was issued immediately to compensate. Location was quiet and secluded while still feeling safe. Roads were extremely bumpy and riddled with pot holes but As to be expected after recent weather in the area. Overall a perfectly renovated cabin at a competitive price with surprising space and modern amenities.

Peaceful “off grid” weekend

The cozy cabin is just what your mind pictures for a vacation of solitude while also enjoying modern day comforts. The appliances are new, kitchen well stocked, beds very comfortable. Our family especially appreciated the multitude of towels as we frequented the hot tub! Check in is simple and host was accommodating. The drive to Boone is quite mountainous with steep curves but the drive from Raleigh was straightforward.

Absolutely perfect summer fishing trip

The home and property were wonderful!Pros: Clean, all beds including pull out couch were comfortable, ac worked great, well stocked with cooking items, gas grill was very handy, and hot tub was nice in the evenings. The creek was amazing, the kids fish and swam from dawn to dusk and we grilled a few trout we caught! Fire pit and painting rocks was great family time as well!Cons: Not so much as a con, but more as helpful hints! As much as the listing talks about cell service for some reason I thought I could use hotspots etc..well you can not lol. Write down the key code for the lockbox well before you start up the mountain and print out your directions as well. The hot tub was great but not clean, we just used paper towels to wipe a ring before we started it, and there is a hand vacuum stored next to it to help suction out some sand which was better then nothing. Neighbors were great, take a stop at the little stand three doors down too! We got some crystals, natural maple syrup, and even rented tubes we used in the creek. I’ve already had several people asking for a link to the property and we will be back as well!

Relaxing Vacation

My husband has always wanted a vacation where there were no schedules to keep. And that is what we got. We had a very relaxing, uneventful stay. My husband fished everyday, pretty much all day in the stocked creek literally in the back yard. I did some crafting and lots of reading. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. The king bed is very comfortable. Check-in/Check-out was simple. WiFi was a little choppy and there is NO cell service. The area is very remote which makes for a very peaceful stay. We would definitely recommend this cabin.

Quick gateway

The house cleaner didn’t come in between last person and ours so had to change sheets but Jackie made that right. Enjoyed the hot tub but the air bubble jets didn’t work but the water jets did.

Overall great stay.

Cute cozy cabin with everything you need. Make sure you have everything food wise when you arrive, closest store is 40 minutes away. Many spots to swim and fish down the road to walk or couple minutes drive. Me and my kids enjoyed it, nobody wanted to leave. You can tube up and down the creek. Cough some trout and grilled it, was the best. If you plan any trips to Grandfather mountain or zip lining, make it a day trip. I did my gps in before I left the house, so directions worked the whole way to destination. Otherwise reception is bad. The same on the way back. Will definitely be back!

This is a Class A stocked Trout stream.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Skiing is only 35-40 mins. away. Boone has a beautiful downtown. The views are awesome off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Just a great place to be with friends and family.
