The cottage was cozy. Walking distance to shops on Periwinkle way. Place was clean and affordable. The Dutchess (service dog) enjoyed her stay as well. Loved that each room had its own ac unit. Loved going to the causeway and getting shells.

My husband, adult granddaughter and I enjoyed our visit to Sanibel. We could walk to the beautiful beach and enjoyed shelling. The rental was clean and exactly as described. It is close to restaurants and the bike path is just across the street. Delightful!

We stayed in unit one and the adjacent room at the Palmview Inn Accommodations were excellent with comfy beds, kitchen with basics, beach gear, prime location and responsive staff. I would not hesitate to stay again! .

Nice property. We had a great stay for the weekend. Enjoyed using the bicycles. The only issue was poor water pressure for the shower, which may not be the owner's fault.

This was a very nice unit at a reasonable price. The quarters were tight and more storage solutions would have been appreciated. The biggest concern was a sharp corner on the shower bump-out that was right at the level of my husband's temple and was a concern when I lifted my son to rinse him off.

Nicely updated unit but quite small

The unit was newly updated but lacked a couple key features. I loved the décor and overall atmosphere of the unit, however, this unit has two bedrooms that are extremely small and would be tough for more than two people to stay in this unit. There were no storage areas in either bedroom and we ended up using the second bedroom bed to house our clothes and suitcase. The kitchen was also small and not well equipped.

Wonderful experience got us and our sweet dog Charlie

Overall perfect accommodations for our stay in Sanibel. Nice walk to the beach and leashed dogs are aloud on the beach. Loved the open kitchen and dining table in addition to the TV and seating area.
