It was a very nice place. We stayed with 2 other couples. We were there to go 4 wheeling at Piney Ridge and Allegheny National Forest. The parking was big enough to get two large trailers in. Very comfortable. Looking forward to next year.

Clean and convenient rustic cabin

The hosts were responsive and accommodating. The property itself is very clean and impressively stocked with amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will likely book again on a future visit to the area.

Great place, beautifully kept

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful area, rooms, not a spec of dust! I would not necessarily recommend the property for someone who needs physical accommodations, but the property owners were more than willing to think outside the box. :-)

Dog friendly getaway near the Clarion River

Lovely family trip to enjoy the river and nearby Cook's Forest. Property was neat and clean with nice amenities. Listing said there was a hot tub, but we didn't see one. Fire pit and grill were a plus.

I am pleased to be able to write this review for Janet. Apparently one of the categories I was to rate her on was reported as a 0. That should never have happened it must have been a mistake on my part. Janet and company were great guests. We enjoyed having them and would certainly like for them to come back. I will be contacting the site to make sure this rating error is corrected.

Whole Family Vaca

Hosts are AMAZING- Saved the day when our original rental fell through! Instantly had us set up and at ease House was fantastic - so clean and prepared. Use of dock was game changer for the teens. Super friendly people!!

Would do it again.

The shower water was hot. The beds were firm. The kitchen was well appointed. The house is cozy. The location is picturesque and bucolic . The surrounding area is beautiful. And finally, we were right near the university where we watched our nephew play for the Golden Eagles. Great trip.

Perfect 4th of July

We had an amazing time. The cabin was perfect. There was 6 adults and we had plenty of room. Cabin was very clean and the owner Bryan was very welcoming. Even assisted with a dead car battery down by the river. We loved the access to the river. Spent our days floating on tubes and Kayaks. We will be back for sure.

Cool place

This apartment is part of a large property with direct access to the Clarion River, hiking trails, a private boat launch, and lots of space. My 70ish yr old parents, my wife, myself, and our kids had a great time. There was an issue with water pressure and Bryan, the owner, was right there to help us out. We felt very welcome. Bryan and Jean are cool people as well.

Cozy and Comfortable

Very clean inside. I usually take my own bedding to a cabin because I just never know. I felt at ease using the bedding provided because the whole place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with the all gadgets you'd need to cook a meal. The outside deck was very nice to sit outside in the cool morning air. The fire pit is nestled under the trees and is great for those nightly campfires. I would stay here again for sure.

Thank you Jennifer for your kind review. We do try to make sure our guests feel comfortable in our lodgings. Keeping them as clean as possible is one way we do this and it is much easier with guests such as yourselves.

Advertised as having a hot tub but there was not one. But the stay was still enjoyable with access to the private dock on the river. Also did not receive check information until the evening before our stay, but host was very responsive to requests for information.

Beautiful wooded area with trails to walk

It has a nice wooded area you should bring extra camp chairs as there is only 2 benches around the fire.

Wonderful Cabin

My husband, dog and I stayed at this cabin for my husband's and my one year wedding anniversary. This was the perfect cabin for the three of us. The dock was a little further than was in the online description and when we put the address in, it lead us to an empty plot of land. We were eventually able to find the cabin though. The cabin itself has a very warm and calm feel, the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking, fishing, or spending time in town. The location is ideal being close to town, hiking trails and the like. We would definitely rent it again!

Thanksgiving weekend

My family (2 adults, 4 teenagers) stayed at the cabin for 4 nights over Thanksgiving weekend. We spent most of our time with family, not at the cabin apartment or exploring its surroundings. But we did have our breakfast there and relaxed there in the late evenings. The apartment is quite lovely. We would, and likely will, stay again.

Quiet

It was very peaceful and quiet. I was confused with check-in. I had to message the property owner when we got there and that is when he asked if we would be ok staying in the cabin(which is on the same property). I was ok with it. The cabin was beautiful. We had to use our person hotspot for WiFi. The cabin could use some more and updated furniture. We pulled the sofa bed out and there were no sheets and it was broken. Thank goodness there were only 3 of us.
