THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must buy parking passes online before their stay, and up to two will be allotted. Details on how to purchase will be provided after booking. The fee schedule is $25 (1-3 nights), $35 (4-6 nights), $45 (7-14 nights), and $60 (15+ nights).

This will be our beach house until..!

The entire process was easy to book. Condo EXACTLY as shown. There was four of us two adults to children. We easily could have brought GG & Papa and two other adults. You can comfortably fit 7-9 people because the loft has a full size bed and sofa is a sofa bed. Kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms stocked with two sets of towels per person. Dive soaps, shampoos & conditioner. Extra toilet paper and clean. Air conditioning works great fans everywhere. Literally 175 steps from condo to beach..🏝️ I counted. Pools and hot tub maintained nicely and never crowded.

Beautiful view.

We are Snowbirds and have stayed in this unit for two years in January and February. The view is wonderful. Better seating would have been made our time more comfortable. The complex is very clean. We enjoyed eating at Kiva Grill and Tacky Jacks.

Very nice condo

Loved the location of the property in the front and closes to the beach. Also facing the inside with a nice view of ocean, pools and foliage. The upstairs loft was a very nice addition as well. Highly recommend this property

Loving the Beach!

This property was clean and easy to access the beach. Even though it was spring break, we didn't feel overwhelmed by college students. Just enough off the beaten path to enjoy a slow-down pace from the bustle of Gulf Shores but close enough to participate if we wanted.

Nice beach view with problems

Locked out several times. Elevator broke, lights and fans didn't work. Stairs in the way cause injuries.

good location

The room itself is nice, typical beach condo. Master bath is tight. It's really bright in all rooms as there are no curtains, so you may want dark sheets or something to cover them. White blinds don't keep out much light when you want to sleep past 5:30. Lightening woke me during the storms as it was so bright. Condo smelled a little musty upon arrival but a candle and air conditioner helped it. Great views of ocean and pool and close to both! Bring multiple sound machines as it is noisy between rooms and hallways. We had one on in the master and in the other room and still could hear stuff in hallways. Pools were clean and grounds well kept. Tried contacting people and neither the owner or Vacasa ever responded on multiple attempts. Had questions about rescheduling due to weather. Wanted to know things such as what's provided when it comes to toiletries and beach stuff. Last condo had it all, beach towels and even games and kids stuff. This one had dish stuff and laundry detergent , soaps and shampoo conditioner. Never got responses from owner or Vacasa. But I got texts to rate check-in and all that. Check in stuff is aggravating because you have to buy on vrbo, then fill out info on another website then go to another site for buying a parking pass and those forms must be printed for arrival. Download Vacasa app but then not get any help from it. Streamlined process would be nice! Overall, I would probably stay again since it was close to the beach and not super expensive, but I would be better prepared for next time.

The home was great with ocean and pool views. The landscaping was beautiful and the property was well maintained. The home was so clean! The home had everything that you needed.

Overall, a great condo.

Our view of the gulf was breathtaking. Close to the boardwalk to the beach. Easy access to the pools and hot tub was amazing, since the pool was freezing. Only disappointment was that we didn’t have access to the indoor heated pool.
