I am sorry that you were not pleased with the cleaning, whenever guests report as soon as they arrive that the cleaning is not good, we make a point of sending the cleaning team immediately to repair it, sorry if we were not able to repair it as we would like, next time please contact us. We regret that this explanation did not resolve your concerns. - About the refrigerator, our team visited the apartment twice and noticed that the door was not closing properly due to paper boxes being stored inside. We kindly advised against this practice, as it can affect the appliance's performance. Unfortunately, it seems this recommendation was not followed, leading to further issues. - Regarding the mold concern, we greatly appreciate your feedback. Please rest assured that it is being addressed promptly, as maintaining a clean and safe environment is one of our top priorities.
