You have everything nearby, a Leclerc center and a bakery 5 minutes walk away (3 m by bike). The other shops 10 minutes walk.

As far as activities are concerned, you have the beach of "La Chambrette" 5 minutes walk away. The ocean is 10 minutes away by bike (Saint Nicolas Beach). The Verdon sailing club is 300 metres away and if you want to rent a boat, "Port Médoc", the marina is 700 m away.

You can discover the Atlantic coast via the many cycle paths. If mountain biking attracts you, a very varied route (red slope) is at your disposal between Le Verdon sur Mer and Soulac sur Mer. Young and old alike will love the little train that will transport you to Soulac to the rhythm of the michelines of yesteryear.

That's not all. The Pointe Grave ferry, located 1 km from the villa, will allow you to change departments in 20 minutes and from Royan, whether by bike or by car, you can discover the Charente Maritime.

Finally, the visit not to be missed: Cordouan, the king of lighthouses. You can discover it by boat from Port Médoc.
