Part 1: The main house
First floor:

Spacious and air-conditioned living room (30 m²): TV (cable channels), Sonos sound bar, fibre WIFI, wood stove and a convivial dining area.

1 air-conditioned bedroom: Large double bed (180 cm), dressing room, separate bathroom, with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer, adapted toilet, and a baby cot (70x140).

First floor:

* Cleaning and linen package of 300€ is included at the time of booking.
• Intermediate cleaning is possible and chargeable at an additional €150, to be requested before arrival.
• Pool towels are extra, offered in the form of a rental of €5 each/week to be paid on the site, to be requested before arrival.
• Charging of electric cars (on socket and not on terminal) flat rate 50€ per car per stay, inform before arrival.
* Pets allowed, maximum two, on prior request: €35.

House rules:
To finalize the rental we ask:
- to validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of identity documents.
The signatory of the rental contract must be at least 28 years old.
- to provide a certificate of insurance type "resort" or "vacation" type in the name of the signatory.

Other remarks
The house is very quiet with a nice view, conducive to rest and relaxation. We prefer to insist on the need to respect the calm of the place, hence the choice not to accept parties or parties.
A moderate noise level must be respected during the day and lowered in the evening.
