This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse that sleeps 8 with a king bed, and three queen beds. It features vaulted ceilings and a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are two private decks with mountain views. A private sauna and private hot tub on the lower level. Private laundry, wood-burning fireplace, and a private garage. The central Keystone location allows for easy access to all the resort and Arapahoe Basin.

The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks at the main entryway and a mudroom from the garage entrance. The living area features vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone, and a flat screen TV. Also in the living area is a wet bar with a wine cooler and kegerator (alcohol not provided). Just off the living area is the first private deck, offering mountain and slope views in the distance. Sit back and enjoy the views!

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy the family meals around the dining table that seats eight. There are two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

Also on the main level is the first guest bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed and an office area. The second deck is just through this room. The bathroom for the main level has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Downstairs, just off the garage, is a room with a private sauna, private hot tub, and shower area.

Upstairs is the primary suite and another guest bedroom. The primary bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, a gas fireplace, a sitting area, and a flat screen TV. The luxurious en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops. This spacious bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk-in shower with a bench. It is newly remodeled. The second guest bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and an office are. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The laundry room is on the upper level.

Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding is modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. This bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
