The RV was clean, very well organized, and very well stocked! It was perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated the well placed charging cables for our devices. Holly was an excellent, thoughtful and responsive host!

The camper was very clean and super cozy. Host is super nice and made check in and check out very easy. The kids loved it! We will stay here again for sure!

We chose this Vrbo to be close to Idlewild Baptist Church. We were greeted promptly and the hostess shared some really cool goodies with us. I love the fact that they are pet and children friendly. Definitely 5 stars.

Honestly, our hostess Holly. We had rain and power outages, but it was still delightful. It’s a nice safe quiet neighborhood. The trailer was absolutely fine and as far as we know everything working. Looking forward to staying there again and not having to do a turn and burn like we did on this stay.

Great 5th wheel set up as a permanent fixture for short term rental. Got just what we expected plus a most welcoming host.

Wonderful Stay

I highly recommend staying here. Good neighborhood, nice & comfortable stay with all the amenities. The host, Holly greeted us when we arrived and was super friendly. We slept like a baby in the king size sleep number bed. Enjoyed the snacks & coffee in the place and was really happy with our fresh chicken eggs!

Stay in an RV?

Especially for 2 people, this site was great. The location was great with Walmart and major roads very close for going to Tampa or St Petersburg. We were comfortable and well supplied with linens as well as fresh eggs and snacks and other "might needs."

Thank you for staying with us! Having Walmart so close is very convenient, yet we are set back into a quiet neighborhood, so it's almost rural! Having the roads nearby is convenient to get where you need to go quickly, but being tucked away is nice and cozy! It's like the best of both worlds!

Close yet private

We enjoyed our stay. Wish it could have been longer. Close to lots of amenities. Very private area. Holly was super helpful when I was lost in the area!

Nice to have our own space

Enjoyed having our own personal space instead of opening the door to a corridor. It’s like being in a home rather than a hotel room.

Thank you for your kind words! We are always trying to help our guests feel at home in our space. We have "real" furniture and "real" beds, instead of what normally comes in an RV. This helps make our space feel like a home.

Quaint with a homie vibe

Really enjoyed our stay at the Lutz Lady!! Husband and I stayed with our daughter and granddaughter and had more than enough room. Holly was extremely warm and welcoming, and the tri colored eggs were AMAZING and so flippen fresh!! Very private and quiet and would highly recommend anyone visiting the area to give them a call.
