The place was clean, easy to get to and parking was great. Would have been nice to have had ice in the freezer and better toilet paper. It would have been helpful to have a list of recommended restaurants and things to do in the area. More options on the TV and how to use/access it.

Very sorry about that. I know you had to reach out multiple times. As far as options on the TV it is in the description that it’s a smart TV with only Netflix. I know the batteries in the remote died and that was annoying, but I tried to replace them as soon as possible. Which I think in all it did take me 10 to 12 minutes. As far as surrounding restaurants and things there are multiple pamphlets on Portland and places to Dine And sites to see laying out on the cabinet underneath the TV. I thought when you reached out to me, you wanted my opinion more or less on what might be a place to go. Which I responded within like 3 to 5 minutes. As far as the toilet paper, I’m not sure what to say but the place does use Scott toilet paper. I’m thinking you wanted a double ply. My apologies. With all this said you were a great guest and I hope these issues didn’t affect your stay in Portland. As far as enjoying the city itself. Cheers.

If you have a car, this place is a good home base for doing day trips around Portland and beyond. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the place has a clean kitchen and bathroom as well as comfortable beds and couches. Plenty of local places to eat as well as easy access to downtown.

Our experience with this property did not meet our expectations. We were not comfortable with the overall condition of the accommodations, particularly the sleeping arrangements. After arriving, we decided that the property was not the right fit for our stay and made alternative arrangements. We ultimately did not use either of the two nights we had booked.

Nice, clean, secure, well maintained home and very responsive host. Quiet neighborhood and the house is not too far from downtown Portland which was nice. Kitchen has utensils, dishware, and other supplies if needed and some toiletries were provided (soap, towels, etc.) Extra blanket available too if it gets a little chilly. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Wayne’s apartment was exactly as described. We were in town for two nights for a family wedding. As our flight was very delayed, we didn’t arrive at the apartment until after midnight. Wayne was kind enough to have a light on in the apartment for our arrival. We found the bed nice and comfortable and the whole apartment was spotless. A very nice perk was Green Mountain coffee pods with sweeteners and half and half available in kitchen. We didn’t have a lot of free time, so it was nice that the apartment was close to many Portland attractions. Wayne was VERY responsive to my questions and a great host. Easy parking right in front of the house. We were very comfortable during the whole weekend. Thank you, Wayne

Great place to rent.

We loved the newly renovated kitchen and bath. It had a homey feel and was close to where we wanted to be. Would stay again.
