We welcome hospital-connected guests and family-support stays; our focus is extended comfort and stability rather than short leisure trips. All homes are within minutes of major hospitals, dialysis centers, and therapy clinics—making us a trusted option during medical transitions.
This specific unit, Suite 17B, is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath, ~900 sq ft upper-level suite on Yosemite Street, Denver, CO 80220. It combines comfort, convenience, and proximity to many of Denver’s largest hospitals—an ideal base for patients and caregivers.
⚑ Neighborhood Note — East Colfax: a neighborhood rich in cultural diversity, local flavor, and everyday convenience. Why monthly: We welcome 30-night+ stays because, in Colorado, month-or-longer reservations typically receive reduced lodging taxes, making extended stays more affordable and predictable. Flexible early departure can be accommodated with notice so the home is prepared for the next guest.
