The location is fabulous. It is right on the canal and easy walking to all the restaurants. The unit is clean, functional, very well equipped, and very comfortable. Everything we could have needed was there. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again.

Charming house steps away from historic downtown Village of Fairport. Beautiful landscaped yard, a balcony overlooking the Erie Canal, and spacious interior. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Very cute house right on the Erie Canal. I loved being close enough to walk to downtown Fairport shops and restaurants. Wonderful stay!

This property is gem on the Erie Canal. We felt like we were in a resort town. So many walkable restaurants, stores, and attractions. If you bike the Erie Canal there is that much more to explore. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. The views from the home are absolutely amazing! We plan to go back next summer!

Everything was perfect. Sitting and fishing on the dock was great!When we mentioned using the grill it was clean with plenty of propane.Walking to town and on the canal was very convenient . We were able to watch four fireworks shows on the Fourth of July.We can’t wait to come back for year 5.

We loved the awesome views of the Erie Canal from all angles, the firepit and the deck by the water, and the fun & quirky decor. Fairport is a phenomenal little town and this place is at the center of the action!

Elaine is an excellent host and this property right on the Erie Canal and walking distance to Fairport is awesome!

Great place!!

Great place. Awesome location in the Village and was the perfect place for the 5 of us to stay the weekend. Walked to breakfast, could walk to the library and a great walk along the canal and through the Village. Hosts were excellent and the space really well thought out. Would def recommend and stay here again!

We love this place. Second stay and will be back. Everything you need and more. The beds are very comfortable. The view from the balcony and dock is breathtaking. Elaine and Dave are such attenive hosts.

Fairport’s Finest

Everything you could possibly want or need are all here. Walking to town along the canal, amazing accommodations, nights on the deck, and caring hosts all make this the place to stay in Fairport!

Great overall experience

Location was wonderful. The apartment was exactly what we were expecting. The owners were easy to deal with. I think it was a very reasonable price for what we got. Overall great experience and look forward to spending time there again in the future.

Great location and charming apartment

The apartment was just as described. Clean, fully stocked, great location - walkable to restaurants shops. The decor was really unique and charming. Beds were very comfortable. The train does come often at times as mentioned in the listing. Great communication and friendly hosts.

Great rental in a great town!

The hosts were very easy to communicate with, VERY organized, and friendly. They kindly provided a place to store our bikes during our stay. The rental unit is very clean and comfortable, has fun decor, and includes several outside seating areas and a dock. It is very close to multiple cafes, restaurants, gelato/ice cream places, and nice walking/biking trails. We had a relaxing and fun stay, and would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time. The location is perfect as we could walk everywhere. The home was clean and the decor is so fun! The yard has beautiful gardens and we were able to entertain guests on the dock. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. They were very nice and helped us with the kayaks. We look forward to staying there again.

Stayed with my two adult children and their significant others for a family wedding. Parking for two cars right by the door was very convenient. Location in the canal and to the village was scenic and convenient. We walked to get breakfast each morning, to shops, to restaurants for dinner, to the Cannery, and along the Erie Canal. Weather didn’t cooperate to use the fire pit or kayaks with the time we were at the house but the yard looked quite pretty and comfortable. Only 20 minutes to everywhere we went that weekend- Highland Park, The Alexander in Rochester, Rochester Museum and Science Center and laser light show. Convenient to the airport. House was spacious. Loved the decor. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything you’d need and more. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Would definitely book again.

A breath of fresh air!!!

We couldn't be more pleased. Our hosts Elaine and Dave were simply amazing. From communication to dining and entertainment ideas. The place was as described only more charming. Fully equipped and then some. The location was perfect with dining and things to do within walking distance. We'll be back!!!.

What a great place!

We can’t say enough good things about the Triangle House on the Erie Canal. We had a wonderful extended stay at this large eclectic and well appointed apartment in the heart of the Village of Fairport. It had everything we needed to relax and regroup after a house move. The important items like comfortable beds, a big TV and a great shower were all there but so were all the little things like plenty of linens and kitchen accessories. Those things coupled with really pleasant and accommodating hosts, Dave and Elaine, made the stay so easy and relaxing. It really is a perfect spot to stay and enjoy all the Village of Fairport has to offer. We would happily stay again.

Wonderful Stay in Fairport

Elaine’s apartment in Fairport is everything you could wish. The apartment was well stocked with all the amenities needed to get you started as well as a few little treats. The beds were so comfortable !! Elaine was kind enough to give us make/model so we could get our own once we get home ! The backyard was a beautiful garden and we enjoyed spending time on the dock watching all the activity on the canal. Location was excellent - within walking distance to everything. Elaine is the perfect host !

What an awesome unique property! Can I give it more than 5 stars? It is certainly deserving of top notch rating. Very clean comfortable. Excellent location. Unfortunately our stay was too short to enjoy all of the delights of the property. Want to come back and rent again! We had friends over to hang out around the fire pit so nice! Just trying to add a photo but have to work at it some more to get it to upload!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Most thorough book ever with property and local information!!

Perfect Getaway

We were absolutely delighted when we entered this beautiful home. Pictures cannot do this place justice. We felt like we hit the jackpot in choosing this place. We were in walking distance to everything in this charming little town. Elaine has an exquisite talent decorating the home. Every nook and cranny had me engaged in exploring each corner of the house. The garden was absolutely charming and the deck provided the perfect place to people watch. Wish we had more time there. I highly recommend this place and I’m already planning a girl’s trip, I cant wait to share this place my girls!

Best Place in Fairport

This is an amazing place. We were overwhelmed by all the the fine details. Firewood for the fire, chairs on the dock, a balcony overlooking the canal and everything you could want if you decided to cook. Our accommodations were better than we hoped for. So many cool spaces to hang out. The owners could not have been nicer. I really don’t want to give this fabulous place a good review so I can keep it a secret for myself. I know you can give 5 ⭐️'s. But in actuality it truly is a !!10!!

Perfect Place; Perfect Location

Just had a three-night visit in this lovely space. Everything about it was the best. It sits on the historic Erie Canal with a large deck for coffee drinking, cocktails and best of all, duck watching. The mama ducks corralling her babies and then showing them how to jump off the deck into the water below was magical! We have many videos as we were mesmerized. We walked around the lovely town of Fairport, kayaked in the kayaks provided and just enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space immensely. There is nothing negative to say about this experience. Excellent hosts who communicate well. They are onsite and available but not intrusive at all. Thank you so very much!!

Great stay

There was plenty of room for our family of five to stay in this beautiful home right on the Erie Canal. It was close to all sorts of shops, breweries, and restaurants. We spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the kayaks on the canal. Corning and the wineries along Seneca Lake were a nice day trip. Elaine and Dave were wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay again.
