Very lovely spatious house. My children loved the game room. The living room, kitchen, and dining rooms are great areas. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Solid 4.25-4.5 stay. Much more important positives overweighing some less important negatives.Positives: neighborhood, house, pool, games, most bathrooms, kitchen, check out instructions, predominantly cleanNegatives: poor paper and laundry products stock (1 paper towel roll provided, ran out of laundry pods, no fabric softener), no show pool guy (hose and robot cleaner left in pool all week), a few maintenance issues such as one bathroom was missing one of the two sliding shower doors allowing water to constantly go out, front door lock battery went out causing us to be locked out for 10 minutes or so (rare occurrence likely)

All bedside lamps have either USB charging ports or AC power outlets. In the downstairs study, the side tables flip open to charging stations when the room is being used as a bedroom.
3-chamber soap dispensers and wall-mounted hair dryers ensure the essentials are always readily available for your guests when you need it.

Comfort
All beds are fitted with memory foam mattress and soft sheets. The accessibility room downstair has a hybrid mattress with pocketed springs to provide firm support for those who need it.

Accessibility
The bedrooms downstairs offer more accessible flooring for wheelchairs and other mobility equipment by limiting the use of rugs under beds, as found on the 2nd floor.

Quality
All furnishings are highly rated and sturdy for large sized groups. For the younger kiddos, rounded edges coffee tables and soft textures help to keep them safe as much as possible.
