Questa confortevole unità abitativa fronte oceano al secondo piano con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova nella tranquilla zona Windy Hill orientata verso le famiglie di North Myrtle Beach, direttamente sulla bellissima spiaggia di questa località turistica per tutto l'anno, a pochi passi dall'oceano. C'è molto da divertirsi in tutte le stagioni.

Nell'inverno 2008 l'edificio è stato affiancato a nuovi rivestimenti in vinile, persiane e nuove ringhiere sui balconi. Sono state installate anche tutte le nuove finestre. Siamo al secondo piano e questo edificio non ha un ascensore. Questo complesso non è un hotel e tutte le unità sono di proprietà privata di singoli proprietari.

Nell'aprile 2014 abbiamo installato nuove vanità in entrambi i bagni. Lo scaldabagno e l'unità di condizionamento / riscaldamento centralizzati sono stati sostituiti.

Questa casa ben arredata e ben tenuta lontano da casa ha pavimenti in piastrelle in cucina, soggiorno ed entrambi i bagni. C'è moquette in entrambe le camere da letto e nel corridoio.

Il nostro posto offre una cucina completamente attrezzata di dimensioni standard con zona pranzo e una nuova gamma di forni a settembre 2018. Il soggiorno ha porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono al balcone dove si possono godere i suoni e la vista sull'oceano. C'è un nuovo divano letto queen size (settembre 2015) per ulteriore spazio per dormire e per l'intrattenimento visivo c'è una nuova TV a schermo piatto da 43 "e via cavo (febbraio 2019). In questo complesso è disponibile anche la connessione internet Wi-Fi.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size, un bagno privato e un televisore a schermo piatto da 32 "con cavo. Hai anche una vista diretta sull'oceano da questa camera da letto. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e una TV a schermo piatto da 32 "con cavo, ideale anche per i videogiochi. Ogni camera ha spazio sufficiente per soddisfare le tue esigenze. Inoltre, c'è una lavanderia nel condominio con lavatrice e asciugatrice ad alta efficienza, parcheggio in loco per due veicoli e una piscina con vista sull'oceano. Tag di parcheggio richiesti che forniremo.

Lenzuola e asciugamani sono inclusi in tutti i noleggi settimanali. Il servizio di pulizia fornisce un sacco della spazzatura in ogni lattina, un rotolo di carta igienica in ogni bagno e un rotolo di asciugamani di carta per iniziare. È necessario portare eventuali extra oltre a detersivo per piatti, detersivo per piatti, prodotti per il bucato, asciugacapelli, sapone da bagno, ecc.

Siamo vicini a Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, a breve distanza in auto da Broadway at the Beach e da altre meravigliose attrazioni di Myrtle Beach. Siamo a circa 30 minuti dall'aeroporto di North Myrtle Beach. Ci sono molte attività divertenti da svolgere per tutte le età.

Abbiamo anche un altro condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni sull'oceano a Windsong (# 52803) che si trova a soli due isolati di distanza ed è simile a questo se stai cercando un'unità aggiuntiva. Se stai cercando un condominio più grande, abbiamo due condomini fronte oceano con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni a Crescent Shores (# 25402) e (# 1083486) nella sezione Crescent Beach.

Dal 18 maggio al 7 settembre 2019 i noleggi sono settimanali e da sabato a sabato. Affitti mensili disponibili da settembre ad aprile. Affitti giornalieri disponibili durante i mesi di bassa stagione. Il nostro condominio offre tutti i comfort di casa, quindi chiamaci se questo è il luogo di vacanza per te.

Perfect location!!! The balcony and view were excellent. Everything worked in the condo. No complaints… very very hot water so be aware. (We loved it though). The only drawback is there is no elevator which is not the owner’s fault. So if you “overpack” like I do, be prepared. Some noise from above but it was small children and they were at the beach. We expect it. Thanks for a great getaway!

More than enough

My sister & I rented this place for 1 week, from July 26-Aug 2. Communication with the owners was easy & clear via email. Front door sticks as if floor is raised. Rooms were clean & furniture comfortable. There was some cheese sauce stuck to a kitchen chair. Kitchen had more supplies than you could need, including coffee makers, crockpot, pots and pans, blender, utensils. Full size fridge. Already ice made in trays for us on arrival. Both beds were comfortable, with queen being softer than king. Floor mat in shared, main bathroom was soaking wet upon arrival as if taken out of the washer & not dried. Found some personal shampoo items still in that shower from previous renter. This bathroom could use TLC. Peeling wallpaper & paint. No problems with the master bath. Each room had a tv that worked just fine, with local & streaming channels. Kitchen cabinets & closet doors could use a coat of paint. The balcony was great! Being an end unit, the front & side were open to the breeze. Washer & dryer worked well. 2 beach chairs & 2 boogie boards were stored there for use, too. Also a bag of beach toys. Pool wasn't huge, but good enough for us. Parking was easy with a pass. Some pets were in the building, but were never a problem. Private beach was great & not crowded, yet busy. We were able to rent an umbrella for the week, which was put up & taken down at 5 PM for us every day. Easy access to restaurants & Barefoot Landing. All in all, a really nice place to stay.

Great place

The property does need some upgrading but that didn't really bother me or my family. It was very clean and very comfortable and the view is to die for. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Get-Away Spot

Due to family issues, my daughter and I were the only ones who were able to enjoy this wonderful condo. We loved every minute of it! From the location on the map to the location at the beach, it was perfect! The condo was well equipped in the kitchen with every conceivable thing you would need. The living room was comfortable. The bedrooms were relaxing and clean. I slept like a baby the whole week. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning. During the day we made use of the beach chairs in the closet with the washer and dryer. we will definitely come back!

Absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean. Easy access to the beach. Manager very nice, answered any and all questions. Probably thought I was dumb. This was my first time using something like this to book a vacation.

Monthly retreat

Overall this was an excellent condo. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make this our home away from home for the month of November. The hosts were always quick to respond and helpful. We cannot comment about the pool since we stayed in November so it was closed. Would recommend for up to 4 people to have a very comfortable stay. We would stay here again. Thanks Michele and Dennis.

Beautiful Location

The location of this property was excellent. Beach front property where you could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean. The property had everything needed to make our stay comfortable! The pool at the complex was small but really nice. I would recommend this place for a relaxing vacation

Loved the rental. The view was amazing , could sit on the deck and watch the waves.

Condo was perfect. Furniture was pretty new and comfortable. Perfect space for a week at the beach. Steps away from the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Pool was nice . Loved that there were beach chairs and beach toys already there. Will rent again !!! Thank you

Uncomfortable

The location was great but was not aware the property did not have an elevator. Definitely not for handicap individuals. My parents stayed with us and were confined to the room most of the stay as it hurt them too much to climb the stairs repeatedly. All the furniture was uncomfortable. Nobody got a good nights sleep the entire stay as the beds were too hard. Sitting on the couch and chairs in the living room was uncomfortable as well. The couch seats lean to one side and the chair was super hard. My parents left 3 days early because they could not get comfortable and were in too much pain and sleep deprived.

Great Location

This was our first time renting ocean front and loved the location and affordability of this condo. The reason for the 3 star cleanliness: the kitchen cabinets were older and a little musty, and the bedroom carpets could use cleaning. Overall, we were very comfortable and the owners were very responsive to our questions. Thank you Dennis and Michelle for a peaceful vacation.

This condo is well maintained and has a wonderful location in the North Myrtle Beach Area. The beach is only steps away and we had no issue finding adequate space each day we spent there. Owners are very responsive and helpful whenever needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

The condo was VERY clean! (So important to me.) The kitchen was stocked beyond the normal, having lots of dishes, pots/pans, and a crockpot. Windy Hill is a smaller building with large resorts down the street. Because of that, our part of the beach was not as crowded as other areas. Also, we had the pool to ourselves several times. It was great for us and our young grandchildren! There is a shaded area the entire length of the pool on one side where there was a constant, relaxing breeze even when it was very hot and humid elsewhere outside. The location is great with quick access to Barefoot Landing, groceries, and anywhere else you might want to go in the Myrtle Beach area. Michele and Dennis were very responsive with any questions we had. Lightening struck and fried the wi-fi routers during a storm one night. They contacted the right folks to get it resolved quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

Great family location

Loved the location and the smaller property. We have stayed at the Wyndham in the past. Condo was nice size, well equipped. It could use some updates, but it worked for us. Property Owners were great to work with.
