Host were very good about making sure we had a 5 Star experience. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal all we had to do was buy the food.

House was perfect for our family weekend in Gainesville. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was great. Enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and huge back deck . Communication and check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

A great stay yet again

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the sunset house for our annual trip to the races. The house is spacious, clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Check-in went flawlessly and communication with the owners was great. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great place for Gators

This was our second time staying at this property with a group of friends to attend events at UF. Easy walking distance to the Stadium and O'Connell center, as well as Publix and restaurants. The house is clean and comfortable, and the hosts are attentive and communicative. We'll be back next year!

Great for graduations and games! :)

Charming home with plenty of space for the whole family! They even had a beautiful balloon bouquet in the living room for graduation- awesome extra touch and much appreciated!! The communication was great and the check-in/out process was very easy. We will definitely look to stay at this home again. :)

Great house for Gator fans

Our group (five college friends now in our 60s) loved this house. We met in Gainesville to enjoy each other’s company and attend some Gator sporting events. We enjoyed walking the 1+ mile to campus and also driving to some spots a little farther away. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely rent again.

Great for Families or Friend Getaway

Nicely decorated with 3 and 1/2 bathes and 3 large bedrooms upstairs. Airconditioning worked great, TV's in every room. Deck out back is lovely.

Great property, close to campus, wonderful for adult couples.

Three bedrooms all with their en-suites made this property ideal for our group of three couples. Quick access to campus for the sporting events we wanted to attend. Home was in great shape and had everything we needed for our weekend trip.
