The views were perfect from the large balcony. Everything that was advertised about the condo was accurate. The problems we had were, the wait for the elevators, the process to pre pay for parking, and the number one issue was people were smoking pot everywhere. We couldn’t enjoy the large balcony as much as we wanted due to this, and numerous people were smoking it at the pool, so we didn’t get to use the pool either.

The check-in process regarding parking and having a pet was more complicated than getting a mortgage. Otherwise, the condo is as advertised and was clean.

Our stay was great!

The property was very clean and the unit was an updated unit. We enjoyed every second there and the management there really kept in touch the whole stay from check in to check out. They were very easy to get in touch with if there was a problem.

Awesome stay

Room was great, everything was clean and very well kept. Had a great view from the balcony. Also loved being able to bring our dog. Would recommend to people to stay there

Everything was great except that it was listed as total price, but there were additional fees for parking armbands and pets for the property. Perhaps those should be mentioned

We came down with a big group of family and stayed a whole week. The condo was spacious and clean. Will be back again.

The beach access and the view from the condo were both amazing. We watched dolphins swim each morning as we drank coffee on the balcony. The beach was beautiful. The condo was so comfortable and plenty spacious for our group of 5, plus our french bulldog. There was plenty of room to set up his crate in the hallway. We would definitely book this unit again!

Loved this condo! Just steps to the beach, great ocean view, large pool, lots of sleeping space - loved the full size bunk beds in hall nook! Will try to stay here next year too!!!

Wonderful condo. Clean and just like the pictures. Perfect location right on the beach. Definitely would recommend and plan on returning.

Beautiful Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful week and the condo was great! We had plenty of room and it was high enough for a good view, but not too inconvenient for coming and going! Thank you! We really liked being in the corner unit as well because of the extra windows!

Nice unit and easy rental experience

Property was very clean and well maintained. I have been visiting PCB 1 to 2 times a year for 30+ years and Warren Beach Rentals was one of the best in making the process extremely easy. Definitely interested in using them in the future.

Condo was great. Parking was a little weird and the elevators were slow. Overall had a great time with family at the beach and in the condo. I would stay here again for sure!

Had a great week in the unit. Lots of room. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Nice size balcony with plenty of seating.
