This place is wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about this condo! It’s just steps to be in the pool or out on the beach! It’s super clean and spotless! The beds are so comfortable! I also received text to check on us to see how we were enjoying our stay. I’ve stayed at a lot of places on okaloosa island but this place was the best! We have already booked for next year!

Location was fantastic-right on the ocean. Small private condo was perfect for our needs. Great Kitchen, comfortable beds we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

This unit is just steps to the beach. The beach was quiet and not crowded. The beds are very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the rental. Place was really clean, beds were comfortable, location was awesome! Right on the beach, parking was great too. Place was as described and pictured.

Property very well maintained. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Close proximity to the beach. This is one of my favorite places to stay, Truly a little piece of paradise!!

Decorated and updated nicley. Great location!

We loved staying in IS 1 They have made updates to the kitchen and furniture and they look great. My family brought me to the Island Surf when I was a kid. I wanted to bring my family to Ft. Walton and was pleasantly surprised Island Surf is still here. You are steps away from the beach and ocean. It is a charming place to stay.

It was good the weather was so good at the end of our stay so we left early.

Could use bigger tvs In bedrooms , Property has a musty smell to it too!Pictures in the advertising make it seem a lot bigger than it is.But we made it work

Awesome spot

Great spot, smelled a little like cigarette smoke when we arrived which it was a non smoking unit so that was unfortunate. And the pool light shined through the closed blinds, would recommend putting up some curtains or a shade that can be pulled closed at night. Everything else was great!

Coffee maker is crappy. Broken glued together concrete patio table is questionable. Living room area does not cool down. The pool spot light shining in the bedroom window is horrible. I would not stay there again at a price of 3000. Better options are available for sure at this cost plus all of the Vrbo fees are outrageous.

Another great stay at Island Surf #1

While Hurricane Milton was ponding other parts of Florida we had beautiful weather. Lot's of time on the beach, lots of walks on the beach, lots of delicious seafood, lots of dolphins! One minor thing, the blind on the living room window is broke (being super knit picky). The kitchen remodel looks great.

Condo was in good shape and clean. The only thing that could be improved were the washers; neither of them really worked properly. We will be retuning soon!

We loved that it wasn’t crowded because the complex has only 2 floors. We’ve never stayed on the ground floor before but loved walking out to the beach in a minute literally! We highly recommend staying here & will be back!

10 days in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week we stay in unit #1 every time we come this is our 25th year with family not counting friends trips. We didn’t have any problems this year. And the unit was nice and clean unlike some of the times we have been there and I had to clean it. I loved the new furniture this year. Sad to see they took off the colored bedding. And only had 2 pillows on the bed when we usually have 4. Everything outside looked great nice upgraded trash cans. Hopefully new restaurant beside us doesn’t ruin the parking lot. Will be back next hopefully everything stay the same! See ya next year!

We just love this place! So private and convenient to the beach! Absolutely love the updates this year!! Everything was clean and well kept!
