Benvenuti a Lime Time! Questa eccezionale casa con due camere da letto recentemente ristrutturata si trova proprio sull'acqua, letteralmente, della Florida Bay a Key Largo. Diversamente dalla maggior parte della costruzione vicino, l'acqua qui è tutto intorno a te, non a 30 piedi di distanza. Abbiamo un grande mazzo sociale di una veranda ancora più grande. C'è un molo 30 piedi completa con una rampa barca privata per lanciare la vostra barca o kayak da. L'acqua è limpida, con una moltitudine di vita di mare in attesa di avanzi da sotto il molo di cristallo! Questi pesci sono considerati animali per cui vi è divieto di pesca al largo della darsena. Abbiamo baia mite brezze tutto il giorno e sera splendido tramonto sulla baia. Ci sono due camere da letto dotate di letti queen size di qualità hotel a quattro stelle e un bagno nautico. L'intera casa è stata completamente ristrutturata e decorata con specifiche costiere, divertenti e nautiche. La cucina è attrezzata con elettrodomestici di prima qualità e la casa è 'esperto di tecnologia', internet wireless abitazioni ad alta velocità, un grande televisore a schermo piatto completamente visibile, mentre seduto nella veranda sul retro, e molto altro. Le possibilità sono infinite.
Se vi piace stare in acqua, prendendo in tramonti mozzafiato, la visualizzazione di vita di mare tutto intorno a voi, la pesca del tonno e Mahi e la fine di tutti i giorni della vostra vacanza con un cocktail e un sorriso, poi calce tempo è il posto che fa per voi!

Sunset in paradise!

Nice small property right on the water. Perfect for watching the sunsets. Nice friendly area. We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise

We just spent a week at Lime Time. It was actually our 2nd time renting this fabulous house. We are Florida residents and we love the Keyes. This home is like bringing a piece of our home with us. It is equipped with everything you could ever want in a home. The sunsets are spectacular. We rented a pantoon boat at a nearby place and docked it for 3 days. We went snorkling, fishing, sightseeing and then came home to bar b q and enjoy the evening. We also used rafts to float in the water when we didn't have the boat. Chevonne is a pleasure to talk to and she's more than willing to accommodate your every need. We loved the fact that she protects the sea life under the dock and we got to feed the fish every day. We were able to see dolphins and stingrays and sea cows, baracudas and even a nurse shark came up to the dock. This home is a gem and we will continue to vacation here for years to come. Thank you Chevonne for sharing this home with us.

Lime Time is incredible, amazing, fantastic, wonderful, super, and also a really nice place!

When we first began our research for a home away from home type vacation in Key Largo to get out of a 2017 snowy winter environment, we ran into multiple snags; mostly due to misleading / dishonest website data. Then we found Lime Time and Chevonne (the owner) who was immediately understanding, cooperative and forthright in such a manner to put all our concerns at ease. She let us know our beloved lab puppy would be most welcomed in her home; and that she knew he would have a fantastic stay, along with us. When we talked about our 18 ft skiff she told us all about the easy access, on property ramp to the dock that is attached to the very nice deckwork just right outside of the large peaceful screened porch. Between her details and the pictures, and the more than fair price quoted, we knew we found just the right place; and we began to dream of our Key Largo vacation. Made it through the 2016 holidays talking of things to come, researching the area and planning out our upcoming carefree days. The day for the long, over 1,000 miles arrived and it was quite the trek. But the moment we pulled into the gated parking area and ran to the end of the dock to twirl all around and shout "We are here!" was so truly amazing. And discovering how lovely & comfy the home is was so much fun. Finally, honesty in advertising! It took only a day to truly settle in and to feel the warm breezes push away our cares; and found our favorite spot on the porch. We had dear old friends join us that 2nd day, along with their mid-size doggie, and our vacation family was complete. The next beloved weeks were filled with laughter and peace, fishing and swimming, diving and snorkeling, and daily puppy playing. Investigating the local dining places was nice when we didn't take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen. And every night we were all so pleasantly pooped out (doggies, too) that the cozy warm beds felt so welcoming. Lounging in the fresh sheeted mornings was oh so wonderful on many a cool sunrise. But finding that the manatees and dolphins were early risers got us with binoculars in hand many 6 AMs. Then a quiet breakfast of fresh local fruit was perfect to plot out the day ahead. So many choices and every new day was more fun than the last. We brought kayaks, too (and they are also easily rented up the street) so discovering the wild mangroves just around the corner was a blast. This vacation was a miracle and we are surely planning our next visit.

Great Time!!

My wife and I spent a week at Lime Time late December and had an incredible time! Everything was very laid out and organized for us, from the moment we arrived we felt like we were at home. If you are thinking about Key Largo look no further because this is it!!!!

Quiet getaway with fantastic screened deck on the water with a boat ramp

We had a fantastic time diving the reefs and wrecks off Key Largo, but having a quiet, private place to come back to in the evening with a large screened deck to sip a cocktail was the cherry on top! Lime Time was the perfect size for our family of three, but I spent every evening on the deck with my dog. The street and neighbors were quiet and I really felt like I had my personal space which meant a lot to me. The house was very clean and had a very well appointed kitchen and Chevonne was very helpful and quick to respond. My only disappointments were that we didn't have a boat and we had to leave so soon. also, for divers there is abundant space for rinsing gear and hooks for drying.

Love this place

This property exceeded our expectations! It is such a peaceful, quaint location. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night and enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by while having coffee before we started our day! The house is so immaculately clean and well organized. The beds were super comfortable. We loved having our own private boat ramp and dock!! This property was amazing and it was a pleasure to have experienced Key Largo. We cried when we had to leave! Best VRBO experience in The Keys!

I hesitate writing this review because I fear Lime Time will become too difficult to book once others discover it! The place is fantastic with all the amenities that a boater (comes with it's own boat ramp!) or non-boater would ever want. Million dollar views off the dock, quiet, safe neighborhood, and all the nearby shopping and dining that one could ever want! Super clean, great wi-fi and a large screen TV with satellite to keep you connected if you need to...or not if you don't. The owner is a pleasure to deal with a super-responsive to communication. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

LIME TIME WAS GREAT!!!!

I really enjoyed my week at Lime Time with my wife and daughter. The location was great and close to all the essentials. The sunsets, private dock, and screen porch were a daily dose of perfection and relaxation. The trailor was really cozy and really made me and my family feel right at home. Chevonne was great to us and provided alot of amenities in the home. When i showed my parents a picture of the place they ended up renting the week after mine and were equally impressed and happy with everything. I would recomment this place to everyone! Perfect vacation home

Everything at Lime Time is just as described. In many cases it was actually better! The location was perfect. At the end of a short road it is a very quiet and private location with an unbeatable view of the sound. You can sit on the dock or the enclosed porch with a totally open view of Blackwater Sound and the great sunsets.The place itself is immaculately clean and loaded with all the necessities. Chevonne couldn't have been more helpful. She is so easy to communicate with and makes every effort to insure that you have a great vacation. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Sundowners, Key Largo Fisheries (they also have a retail fish market), and Harriette's were our favorites. We rented kayaks and bikes from Paddle the Keys. They are located about 10 miles south but if you're staying for a week or more they seem happy to pick up and deliver the kayaks and bikes for free. They are also very easy to work with. I highly recommend Lime Tree. It is a real jewel. Many thanks to Chevonne for sharing it with us!

A gem in paradice!

My husband and I spent the month of February at Lime Time along with our 2 four legged children. The view of the bay takes your breath away while sitting on the dock or in the huge screened in porch. The home was super clean, had everything you could possibly need, and decorated with a nautical vibe which totally adds to the experience. We rented a boat while we were there and spent hours exploring the bay and the sound and even had happy hours on the boat. Chevonne is a wonderful host who is always available, friendly, and very informative. We feel so very lucky to have found Lime Time and definitely would love to return. Thanks for sharing your little slice of heaven with us, Chevonne. it truly was like living in paradise!

Cozy home with a great view and attentive host!!

Thank you, Chevonne, for sharing your wonderful home with us and for being so caring and helpful in making our stay enjoyable. Your suggestions for dining out helped us blend into the culture of the keys, rather than typical tourist-focused restaurants. Your home, with fenced yard, boat ramp and pier, was perfect for my husband, me and our 2 dogs. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, designed for those who love to cook. The large screened porch is a relaxing place for meals, reading and watching the sun set. We brought a boat and our bikes. The fishing was good in the sound where the home is situated. We found the neighborhood a great place to bike. Thanks for everything. We look forward to returning next year!

Perfect location for water lovers

Just spent our Christmas break here and it was everything we thought it would be. Don't let the fact that it's a mobile home stop you from missing out on an awesome stay. They have done a wonderful job of remodeling and decorating it. Very clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. THE COOLEST PART IS YOUR 6 STEPS AWAY FROM THE WATER. No elevators or stairs just a screened porch door. Chevonne will do everything she can to make your stay great; she always responded right away. She even took time to put together a book with helpful info of places to eat and shop. We took our boat and kayaks with us and the boat ramp was perfect for launching. We spent many hours kayaking along the sound and in all the canals. Saw manatees, dolphin, sting rays, lots of fish and and other wildlife. There's a grocery store three minutes from the house and of course lots of great restaurants with in just minutes. Very quiet as it was at the end of the road. There was 3 of us; myself, wife and 12 year old daughter. Would we come back? HECK YES!! The next time we stay in Key Largo we will for sure get back in touch with Chevonne. We didn't want to come home. We where joking about going out and looking for jobs. We felt right at home. My wife made it a point to save our food scraps and feed the fish every day, and a seagull every now and then. Thank you Chevonne for letting us share your little piece of paradise.

Extended our stay.... did not want to leave!

I want to start by thanking Chevonne for our wonderful stay in her little slice of heaven. Lime Time is amazing! We were originally going to stay for a week but extended our stay a few extra nights because we couldn't bring ourselves to leave. Being able to sit on the dock or the porch staring out at this amazing view was one of the most relaxing things ever. The quietness and the cool breeze take you away from all your worries. My husband and I stayed with our toddler and two dogs and found the accommodations extremely comfortable. The beds were comfy and the living space and kitchen were quite ample. It was wonderful waking up and having breakfast out on the porch every morning. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need, even enough to cook a Thanksgiving feast. The boat ramp was in great condition and very comfortable to launch from. We truly enjoyed our stay here and were heartbroken we had to leave. Chevonne is an amazing owner and was available to answer any questions or concerns I might have. Do not hesitate to stay here, you won’t regret it. I only regret that we’re not there right now.

Great Spring Break Getaway

Our family (my hubby, self, kids and our dog) had an excellent spring break/ Easter getaway!!! House is very clean and has everything you need for cooking...washer/ dryer etc. we loved the screened porch off of kitchen ...it's like an outdoor family room/ kitchen. It's where we spent most of the time!!! Great sound system for out there too!!!! Sunsets are beautiful and right at your dock! Dolphins, fish, sting rays, crabs, iguanas and even Manatees that come right to your dock!! Great location with everything close by!!! Chevonne was so sweet to deal with and made our vacation a breeze to book and even on such short notice!!!! Highly recommend.... Def would be a fishermans/ boaters / jet skiers dream since you can back in your boat etc and have your own dock!!! We don't own a boat just yet and we still loved sitting on the dock enjoying the weather and views!!! Would love to book again!!!

Perfect peaceful location

We are a family of 4 (kids are 5 and 7) who just come back from Lime Time in Key Largo after a week of relaxation and adventure. You are close to a lot of sites (everglades, miami, lower keys) and can have relaxing time in a quiet neighborhood as well. Imagine dolphins cruising in the bay while having a drink on the pontoon...The house is as per the description, clean with everything you need.

Paradise in key largo!

We just finished a month rental at the lovely Lime time. We are a family of 4 with 2 fur babies as well and the house accommodated us perfectly. The view is by far the best you can find in the keys... No matter what time of day it truly is such a treat to have water views in your " backyard". The house is kept up wonderfully, the kitchen is fantastic -fully stocked with anything you need to entertain! The location is nice as well only a couple mins from tons of restaurants ,stores etc. The owner was always available for any questions and provided helpful information on anything you may need- it truly made our stay extra special. We have 2 small kids and they loved sitting out on the dock looking at all the fish and sealife that made it's way over. The dock is PERFECT especially if you have a boat great water location to head out to sandbars etc. WE can't wait to visit next year and enjoy the view all over again!

Simply FANTASTIC!!

If you are looking for a boater's paradise location with stunning sunset views in seemingly complete privacy, look no further. Lime Time has been a regular summer stop for my wife and me for going on six years now...and will continue to be as long as we have a pulse. Clean, quaint and outstanding communication between owner/renter make the whole experience that much better. In a way, I am reluctant to give such a glowing review because we hope to keep it our little secret!

Balling

This spot makes it so easy to enjoy your time in the Keys. We really enjoyed watching the marine life off the dock, grilling out, and kayaking. Chevonne is great ! She hooked us up with all the local spots to eat and what bars to attend. The views of the sunset are pretty unreal and very easy to view from anywhere on the property. So I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the privacy of their own spot with easy access to the water. Get a hold of Chevonne she is very friendly and helpful.

We LOVED Lime Time!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Lime Time for a week during early April and I can not say enough about how much we both enjoyed our stay. The area was quiet, the house was impeccably clean, the beachy decorations were adorable, and the sunset views were spectacular! He fished every single day, morning and night, off of the pier. We rented kayaks from Florida Bay Outfitters who were right down the road and they delivered to the house for no extra charge. It was so nice to have kayaks at the house the whole time. We did a lot of exploring around the cove and beyond and, of course, more fishing. We enjoyed driving and sight-seeing all up and down the keys but it was always so nice to come back to our cozy little Lime Time and enjoy the sunset right from "home." The screened porch acted as both our living and dining room the whole time. And with the french doors and windows open and ceiling fans on, we hardly had to use the AC either! Lime Time really did feel like home for the week and we would absolutely return for future visits.

Relaxation and beauty at it's best!

My family had an amazing vacation at Lime Time! The views and sunsets from the porch and dock are absolutely spectacular! The house is so inviting and the beds are just wonderfully comfortable to sink into after a long day of fishing. It was great to be able to bring our boat and so convenient to be able to launch and dock it right at the house! My son also enjoyed feeding the fish everyday and we even had a manatee come visit us right at the dock! The owner Chevonne is great and really thought of everything to make your stay at their home comfortable, relaxing and just one of the best ever! I highly recommend Lime Time if you truly just want to get away from it all! You will not be disappointed! We absolutely cannot wait to come back!

Pure Relaxation in Key Largo

This was probally the best vacation that my husband and I have taken together with our daughter. We stayed at Lime Time for a whole month of pure relaxation and enjoyment. The house is kept so clean and it has anything you could possibly need for the time that you are here. We ate dinner every night in the porch looking at a different, breathtaking sunset on the bay. We kept our boat in the water the whole time and it was wonderful just to be able to get on and go fish, out to eat, exploring, sandbar or just anchoring on the bay and enjoying the beautiful lifestyle that is the Keyes. There are so many fish to look at and manatees that come up to the dock to say hello! Our daughter trully had an amaizing experience looking at the different fish, crabs and birds that we saw. We snorkeled a lot too and visited many restaurants and activities that are so close by the house. The owners are wonderful and if we had any questions, got back to us right away! We would recommend this property to anyone that wants to experience total relaxation!!

WONDERFUL

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time...so relaxing to sit on the screened porch with morning coffee or evening drinks and watch the world go by....manatees, dolphins, fish and friendly boaters . This home is very clean and the beds very comfortable...quiet neighborhood but, close to everything. All photo's are very accurate with many high end surprises. Loved the boat ramp.... so convenient and made boating a pleasure....launching our 23' open fisherman was easy. Having the property gated and totally fenced made life for our canine-child an adventure to explore from gate to dock. The view is amazing and the sunsets breath-taking. Chevonne (the owner) is a delight to work with and we thank her for sharing her home...we will definitely return to Lime Time. Fireworks over the water on New Year's Eve were a perfect ending to a perfect stay.

A great place to stay in ...

A great place to stay in Key Largo. My husband and I stayed at Lime Time for a week in March 2010. The place is very clean and comfortable, with a fully-stocked kitchen, updated appliances, and comfy beds. It's near restaurants and beaches, without the noise and congestion of the more tourist-y resorts and hotels in the area.

We stayed here Feb. 2010....

We stayed here Feb. 2010. Wonderful location very peaceful and quiet. We watched dolphins and manatees most mornings and evenings. The mobile is very clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful with information about local restraunts and stores. We were not disappointed with anything. A very nice experience!
