Getaway from city rush, an hour drive from north Dallas, gorgeous rural property off highway 82 and close to I35 and I75 highways, number of food and gas options, close by Walmart and other stores. Self check-in. Close to Texoma and Kiowa lakes, and famous Oklahoma Casinos. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 3 year old home is well maintained and clean, plenty of parking space with attached garage, two car ports and open space. Contact owner for any questions.

TV and washer/dryer has been added, TV provides basic channels and is a smart TV so you can use your subscriptions, no smoking or pets.
Security cameras on the front and back porch for safety.
House is on septic system so food waste and other trash not to be disposed in the kitchen sync or bathroom but can use trash bins.
