Lake Travis Waterfront Condo | Hot Tub + Boat Slip

Make fall and winter weekends feel special at this waterfront Lake Travis condo. Start mornings with coffee on one of two lake-view decks, gather in the open living and dining area, and unwind in the shared lakeside hot tub after exploring Spicewood.

The two-story layout sleeps up to 10 guests—6 adults plus 4 children—and works especially well for one or two families. Two king bedrooms give adults comfortable private spaces, while the custom bunk room creates a fun retreat for younger guests.

Cool-Weather Lake Travis

Enjoy a relaxed base for holiday visits, winery weekends, golf trips, hiking at Pace Bend Park, and quiet time by the water. Briarcliff Marina, Lighthouse Restaurant, Poodie's Hilltop Bar & Grill, local wineries, breweries and live music are nearby. The condo is just west of Austin in the heart of the Lake Travis area.

Life on the Lake

Bring your boat and use the included private slip. Briarcliff Marina and its ramp are about five minutes away by boat or car. Please message us with your boat size before arrival so we can confirm fit. Boat trailers are not permitted in the condo parking lot.

Arrival

Easy self check-in with keyless entry. Your personalized door code will be sent before arrival. Please call or text approximately 30 minutes before check-in so we can confirm the condo is ready and answer any last-minute questions.

Bath towels are provided; guests should bring lake and pool towels. This is a family-focused property. Events are not allowed.

Home away from home

Wonderful property! Felt like our home away from home. It had everything we needed! It was so cute and cozy! My husband enjoyed all the fans in the master so we slept well, my 8yr old son loved all the bunk beds and the big tv in the kids room and I loved all the decorative touches that felt like home. It was close to our family we were visiting so it was perfect. We will definitely be back this summer. :)

Martial arts tournament

Thank you for a great place to stay! We enjoyed the house and felt it was fully stocked and had a great layout for our group. The only minor thing was the door locks. I think converting all to keypad would keep us from getting locked out on patio.

Thank you Gina. Both the back and front doors are both set up on key codes. We also have a lockbox on the front door with a key in it with the same code just in case a battery goes dead. I did check both doors when you left and both key pads on both doors were working. I'm sorry you had trouble. You did say you were immediately able to get it so you didn't require any help from management. We hope you decide to come back again and we will ensure the key pads are working properly. Thank you again and hope you visit again soon.

Stay

The only thing that was a little up sitting was the upstairs rooms stayed very hot. We had to pull fans out. But overall it was an awesome place with awesome views.

Great clean comfortable place with terrific views. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and newer. The kitchen had everything needed. The boat dock was very easy to get to, and convenient to have so close. It’s a really nice part of the lake with gas stations, restaurants, and it wasn’t overcrowded with boat traffic. We will book again in the near future.

Weekend fun

Had a great time. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. View was beautiful! Shelley was awesome and very responsive. Just be careful with the back door - dont lock yourself out.

Nice getaway

The place had a great lake view and was a nice location for a small getaway with friends. It was far from Austin but I knew that going in. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed the pool and the wineries nearby. Place was clean, plenty of bed space.

Lake Condo

This property was very cozy and beautiful. The view of the lake as gorgeous! We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with the property manager was very simple and fast through the weekend.
