This charming Laguna Beach cottage is located right by the famous 1000 Steps Beach (though there are actually only 200 steps). The main house is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is highlighted with an ocean view. In the backyard is a casita with a kitchen and full bathroom for additional living space. Our spaces feature cooking appliances, fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, blender, pressure cooker, remodeled bathrooms, Wi-Fi, TVs with streaming services, board games and parking for up to 3 cars. The lush backyard features a wicker sofa set that provides plenty of seating for a large group and a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.

The property is also a short drive away from downtown Laguna Beach, where you can take a stroll on the main beach and visit various restaurants, bars, shops, massage parlors, art galleries, museums, and in the summertime, experience the world-famous Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Art Festival. There is also free public transit available nearby the property, which may be a convenient form of transportation during the summer season when traffic can be jammed packed and parking may be extremely limited.

You are also only a few minutes drive away from Dana Point, Corona Del Mar Beach/ Newport Center, close to Balboa Island and other beach cities. If you're looking for the perfect place for a vacation, this is the place to be! 30+ nights minimum.
