The view from balcony and master bedroom was amazing. Clean, spacious and comfy beds. Pool was great and access to beach is easy the beach area is clean. The beach was warm and beautiful. Staff at condos were very nice. Will stay again!!

family vacation

Took our family there for 12 days and had a great time. Saw wales and dolphins from our deck.The room service and people working there go out of there way to make your stay wonderful.This was our 2nd time there.

Stress free 9 days. The beach and the 2 pools are hard to beat. Will stay there again

My stay in this beautiful condo was perfect! The owners were very responsive and helpful. They clearly care about their property as everything was working properly, and the amenities were very tasteful and high quality. The condo was very clean and was furnished with everything we needed - towels, washer/dryer, and plenty of space to spread out and relax. The deck provided a panoramic view that included the foothills, city lights, the beach and dozens of different tree and bird species. The complex offered exceptional food and drinks, was very peaceful, had incredible and kind staff, and amazing access to a pool, and the beautiful beach and ocean. I hope to return very soon!

Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying at John's property, and he was easy and helpful to work with from booking through all details of our stay. Already miss falling asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves outside our window!

Absolutely beautiful view. It's like almost having a private beach. Pool very clean, good food. Definitely a must!

Spring Break Paradise

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in this well stocked condo. Location was wonderful, near the bus stop and away from the crowds. The view from the balcony was spectacular. There is so much to do in PV! John was a wonderful host!!

Was close to our wedding venue. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant prices were very reasonable. Cleaning was excellent even though we used it very little..

Heavenly paradise on a spectacular beach!

This was our 2nd time to this property and my wife and I already cannot wait to go back next year. Every detail of the stay was simply perfect. This time we cooked almost every meal in the well appointed kitchen which helped with my diabetes. The one meal we ate in the on-site restaurant was very good. This is without a doubt one of my favorite places to unwInd and recharge!

Fantastic Views and Very Relaxing!

We used this location for a New Year's girl's trip to relax and recharge. This condo is very well equipped with a large kitchen and dining room. The views from the deck are very relaxing. Great sunrise and sunsets! The place is very quiet, and you do get some free entertainment in the evening from the resort next door. The staff was very friendly.

Wonderful Place

Arrival as easy, place as exactly as listed, and the staff were excellent. The fridge broke down during our stay, and though they tried to repair it, it never did start up again. Bit of a bummer.

So sorry about the fridge situation. Turns out that needed some refrigerant piping replaced, which was done later. Hope that won't out you off staying again.

Total relaxation

We loved everything about Las Peña’s! Comfy beds, great showers and lots of room for 2 couples to spread out for 10 days and totally relax listening to the crashing waves on a perfect beach! We were unlucky with the weather during our first week but the stunning view and whale watching from the patio kept us entertained! Having an onsite restaurant available for breakfast or lunch on occasion was a real perk but dinners at Restaurante Los Girasoles, just a short walk away, became a daily treat. Thank you John…and all the property staff, for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful Condo

My husband & I had a great time . The Condo looks just like the pictures! When we walked in, we were greeted by a wonderful breeze and a fantastic view ! The beach is absolutely beautiful. All of the staff , from the office, maid & the waiters at the beach club are all very helpful. John texted every day to see if we needed anything and was helpful on where to go to get our COVID test for the trip home.

We would give this beautiful place more than 5 stars of we could. We spent a week visiting with other family and were blown away by the views and location. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and two kids to spread out and relax. John was great to work with and his condominium is incredibly stocked with everything you could need. Housekeeping was also polite and thorough. Puerto Vallarta has always been one of my favorite spots and we cannot wait to visit and stay in this amazing condominium again.

Best condo in puerto Vallarta!!

This condo was everything we could possible want. Beautiful location, clean facilities, lots of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms, daily maid service, incredible views, great beach out front with good snorkeling, and the best stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in. This was perfect for families because there were beach chairs, umbrella, soft sided coolers, two sets of snorkels/fins, and goggles. The host checked in with us several times and maintenance came out within the day to fix a shower handle when I let him know it wasn’t working. Don’t hesitate to book this condo, it was the best part of our trip.

Beautiful Condo, best location

This was one of our best stays at Las Penas! John was a fabulous host and his home is absolutely stunning! Everything was first class (especially the electronics and bedding). Everything you need is at this condo. Communication throughout the booking/staying was the best. We had a dumb question about the stove and he immediately replied and had his guy there the next day to check it out. Truly one of the best VRBO experiences ever. Thank you, John.

Perfect. Sun. Sand. Whales. Warm breezes. Comfy beds. Hot showers. Warm pool. Perfect. Far from the ‘maddening’ crowds. Next to bus stop. Great support staff. Near some restaurants and tiny corner store. Loved it.
