Gorgeous Minimalist Gem w/ Fenced Backyard + W/D

We set up this apartment two weeks prior to Kimber's check-in and the sofa was brand-new. I personally do walk-throughs of the apartments before and after guests stay with us, and the sofa was not damaged prior to Kimber's stay, but was severely damaged after. I don't know exactly even how this happened, because the sofa is quite sturdy, but the frame had been cracked in half by Kimber or someone in their party and the sofa was caved in at the center. We had to replace the sofa itself because the damage was so significant, and frankly the amount Kimber was charged was less than half the cost to replace the item. Guests typically do not do significant damage to our things, so we almost never need to draw on the submitted deposit. We have a 4.8 star rating across all platforms on which we list our properties, and would be unable to maintain a rating that high if we were in the habit of charging guests for damages they did not cause.
