THIS IS IT!!! Perfect for those who want more house space. At 5860 ft.², this house (4241 E. Broken Rock Loop) is one of the largest homes in the Continental Country Club area. Sitting high atop the cliff, overlooking the Aspen Valley golf course at hole 14, this house is absolutely the perfect place any time of the year! There are seven bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The house is built on three levels with bedrooms on all levels as well as four living room/spaces. 2000 ft.² of decking and a breathtaking views of the golf course is what makes this home the perfect combination of in-town convenience and absolutely gorgeous outdoor use and privacy! Recently added: recessed and new lighting fixtures throughout the entire house so this house is lit at night!!! Two separate dining areas, well stocked chefs kitchen (Viking appliances), and plenty of gadgets and kitchen tools to make your cooking experience that much easier! Flagstaff Family & Friend Fun

This mansion amply accommodated 13 of our closest family and friends which included 5 adult couples a single adult and two teenagers. The house was so big we lost each other at times! So much to do for the young adults from a pool table to foosball, an upright authentic arcade game, outdoor swings and swinging bench, outdoor horseshoes and cornhole/bags set. Two gas lit fire tables and a grill. The kitchen was fully loaded with cooking pots and pans and grills and skillets and more. We just kept washing dishes and coffee cups so we had enough for 13. The access was easy with a code for the door and garage. The driveway fit 5 large cars comfortably and you could park 2 more in the garage. Huge fridge and freezer in the kitchen and another in the garage. Tons of toys in the arcade game room plus exercise equipment. House kept plenty cool. Clean sheets and towels. Comfortable beds.Two kitchen tables (includes the dining room table) and four barstools at the island allowed us all to eat together and play cards and board games together. The yard was great overlooking the pond and golf course. There were 5 deer laying in the neighbors yard just lounging and looking at us. It was really a beautiful home that we spent our Memorial Day weekend together. Went into town and shopped downtown Flagstaff and also spent an evening at the Lowell Observatory. A!

Absolutely beautiful home and we had no issues whatsoever. There was 16 of us adults and children. We were there for a soccer tournament and some of us were from the EastCoast and the home made Az look amazing! Thank u!

So much space!

This is an amazing house for a large group. Several gathering spaces, lots of beds, pool table and game room. Well appointed kitchen with double oven. Just one note for mobility challenged. There is only one bedroom upstairs. The rest are on the two levels below. It wasn’t a problem for us. But could e for others. We would 100% stay here again.

Large home

We rented the house for our daughter’s college graduation. The house was very large -our entire family of 12 fit comfortably. My only critique would be the kitchen wasn’t stocked to support the amount of guests. There weren’t enough plates and cups to accommodate the amount of guests that stayed. There were no wine glasses.

Salon Retreat

Every year we like to treat our team to a weekend getaway. We have a large group, so having a place that could accommodate everyone isn’t always easy. But this house was perfect. From beds to restrooms to common areas. The location was also great. In a nice neighborhood close to nice walking paths.

Wedding weekend

Excellent property for everyone to have their own space. Parents (85 yrs) on main floor. Other Adult families on each of the other floors. Nice to have bathrooms for all. Beautiful lot on golf course.

Spacious overlooking golf course

We celebrated my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. With seven bedrooms, there was plenty of room for the couples who stayed with us. There are two large decks and a patio that have an amazing view of the golf course. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nice Family Getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend for a break from the heat. We had plenty of room to spread out and really enjoyed the view of the golf course from the decks. One thing that should be noted is that although the house is listed as having AC, it is not central AC. In the master and a couple of the downstairs bedrooms there are portable units, or window units. The master unit dripped water (condensation) all night long. We woke to a very large wet spot on the carpet and soaked towels. If we had filled all the bedrooms with family members there would not have been enough portable AC units for everyone to be comfortable sleeping. The living room area is very, very warm as there are no shades on the upper windows to filter in the heat and light. We spent as little time as possible on the main floor once the sun came up - until it set at night. Some of the electronics weren't working and there were no clear instructions for what remotes to use for what electronics, too many remotes, etc. There is an extra fridge in the garage, which came in handy. We wished the wine fridge would have been working to alleviate some room in the main fridge. And, for a house that sleeps 18 people, there was only 1 wine glass to be found. The game room and pool table room were a nice hang out area and we spent the majority of our time there. We would come back for another stay, knowing what to expect and in the cooler months so the AC wasn't as much of an issue.

Nice home that needs maintenance

Beautiful home and very spacious. Love the gathering spaces on each level. Unfortunately, the upkeep, maintenance, and general cleanliness need some serious attention. There was no hot water on the bottom level, two of the bed frames were broken (one was held up by a rusty paint can and the other was propped up on bricks and missing a support), mattresses were torn and badly stained. Fire pit knob broken which owner was aware of but did not mention it until we asked about it. Spider webs and spiders inside the home. Several remote controls but no markings to determine what device they went to. Some of the ceiling fans didn’t work. Refrigerator was not very cold. Owner did bring a smaller fire pit that did work and reset remotes for a couple of the tv’s and sent someone by to look at refrigerator but he was not able to slide the refrigerator out to check it. He also sprayed outside for bugs which did not help inside. Kitchen dining room table and chairs need to be replaced. Could be a fantastic place to stay if it was kept up. We have stayed at other vacation homes and this is the first time we have been disappointed.

Perfect place for our football retreat

Nice layout and great place for a larger group. We had 12 teenagers and two adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely go again.

Perfect for a large group

Plenty of space for a large group - with multiple gathering areas. Home was clean and well-equipped (the only thing we couldn’t find was a broom). Beautiful area and convenient location. Owner was very easy to work with, and when there was a delay in providing check-in information to me, she was very apologetic and even provided an extended checkout!

Not worth the price - Host unresponsive

Our 2nd visit to the home--very disappointed and not worth the price. Checking in was easy and host responded quickly, but that is where communication ends. Beautiful views. One of the bedrooms had a leak and there were dryers in it with the carpet pulled up. Tried to contact the host about it - NO response! In the two bedrooms with King beds - their is no ladder to gain access and the beds are 42 inches high. Climbing in and out of bed was a challenge. The mattresses are so worn and soft you end up in a dip and have trouble trying to turn over. Chairs in the main living area are broken and unusable. The kitchen table laminate is peeling off and splintering. You have to be careful to avoid splinters. Kitchen items were dirty or worn to the point they were not usable. For a crowd, cooking kitchen essentials were lacking and I'm glad I brought my own. Kitchen and downstairs bath faucets leak constantly and the water is either too hot or too cold. The younger kids had to be monitored because they couldn't find warm! Game room is not heated. Host stated we were to receive a credit for our second stay, still not received. Son left something at home, inquired within an hour of checking out with NO response and still haven't heard back. We left in a blizzard or would have turned around. Having our family in one house was great, but this home needs to be refreshed. Pictures don't always tell the truth! Home was unsuccessfully listed for sale.

Great home for large group

We stayed at this amazing home for 2 nights with 8 adults and 7 kids. The house had so much space for each family. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this home!

Fourth of July Flagstaff

This property was as stated as far as size, beds and rooms, and it is a nice location with a lot of parking. BUT....This property has issues to be sure. When we arrived, the air conditioning was not working--and apparently the owners were aware that it was out the prior week and did not follow up to see that it was repaired correctly. So, we had no air from Saturday the day of arrival until Tuesday at 6:00pm I understand it was a holiday weekend, but it was the hottest week of the year and the main floor where the kitchen was, was 90 degrees and almost unuseable during the day. The dishwasher latch was missing and was never fixed the entire week. The pack and play that we had inquired about was not there as promised. The waffle maker plates fell off. The other issues we encountered weren't horrible by themselves, but when you add everything together, it made for a very interesting and stressful stay Basically, all the furniture is starting to come apart,broken,torn and should be replaced, the banister is starting to wiggle, the main kitchen table laminate is coming off so you can't really wipe the table off very easily without particle board coming apart. The owners need to come and spend a little time and update the whole house, it could be an amazing property if it were taken care of. I don't really understand the previous "great" reviews. Just as a side note to to VRBO users--Air conditioning issues are NOT considered major issues by VRBO--so beware in hot climates!

Near perfect!

Fifteen family members celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday and had a lovely time in this home. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room for several cooks at a time. There were three levels each with a large patio, but we spent most of our time at the one on the top floor overlooking the golf course. There was plenty of seating for us to eat and mingle. We ended up not grilling and ordering in pizza instead but it was nice to know it was an option. Several of the bunk beds were full size which was also helpful. Because we spent most of our time on the patio, we didn’t opt to use the pool room and the game room, but they are impressive! Very nice place for a large group.

Stunning location

This home was the perfect location to host our extended family of 17. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable , and the game room was perfect for our teens to hang out. We spent our mornings on one of the decks , taking in the serene views of the golf course. Lovely outdoor space, even had deer visit! There was one slight issue with the AC which we were notified of on arrival and it was remedied right away. Felt very safe in this neighborhood. I would highly recommend this beautiful property and attentive owners.
