The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was an excellent communicator and was very responsive. Highly recommend this spot for a larger group!

Excellent! Host was responsive and accommodating/flexible when we had some last minute adjustments in our plans - the house was lovely and clean, had everything we needed - plenty of space for our large extended family vacation!

Great group hang-out space

Great place to accommodate a large group just outside of downtown Leadville. Accurately described. Pellet stove was cozy and we enjoyed the sauna.

Lovely house for group of friends

Super peaceful property.Great big tables for meals and games.To get into Leadville you may need to drive, otherwise it's a 40 minute walk, which was fine for us!

Great Stay

The house is wonderful, great location, easy access, and plenty of room. Super clean. The only issue we had was that we could not get the wifi to work.

Next time I’ll have the outdoor furniture out and will likely have some other improvements, better outdoor lighting, a bar/seating area in the back and a teepee are all in the works. Plenty of room for everyone! Beautiful views!

We stayed here for the Leadville 100 MTB and had room for the whole crew! Charlie was amazing, and let us check out a little late, and offered to check in a little early as well. He was super accommodating! The best part of the house was the view from the back deck, as we sat in the kitchen and watched hummingbirds come and go. It was beautiful! We will definitely be staying there again.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable

Charlie was an excellent host! Our party was apparently the first to rent this place following an update, and it suited our large family very well. We hope to visit again!
