This was a great rental. The home looked exactly as advertised. There were no issues at check in. The process was very smooth and she was available to answer any questions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a large home to accommodate a larger group. Just a short drive to the strip. Very quiet neighborhood. Property was beautiful. First VRBO rental and I would refer my friends here again. It was absolutely perfect for my birthday weekend.

Beautiful house with a massive fenced in yard that has a sandy area, manicured grass in parts, multiple outdoor games in places, hammocks and the crown jewel is the pool. The pool has a lazy river, grotto, slide, Baja ledge and a connected hot tube.Bathrooms, kitchen and fixtures are all lux & modern. Bedrooms are spacious. Everything was fabulous.

The house could use a little TLC but it was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly addressed by the manager. Be aware you need to text her to turn on the pool and spa but she was very prompt in turning then on.

Jessica, the one-star review is disappointing given that you completed the entire stay, requested (and were granted) a late checkout, and raised no complaints during your visit. Your family also stayed before your extended stay and the subsequent chargeback request is very concerning and inconsistent with your experience. This property has a strong history of positive guest reviews. We are committed to delivering a high-quality experience and were available and responsive throughout your stay.

Enjoyable well located retreat

Although we had a few household problems the host was easily accessible and addressed all the issues in a very timely manner. That made for a very pleasant stay. This was a golf trip for 8 guys. Location was great. Close to the airport and within 20 minutes of all the courses we played. Probably won’t be back to Vegas but if we were we would stay here again.
