First Visit to the Villages

The house was immaculate and perfect for us. It was very roomy and we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Both couples agreed that it was a great rental in a great location and would definitely rent from the Peterson's again.

Best house

A lovely home, great location for food shopping and restaurants!! You can walk to Sawgrass fora snack and cocktail !I highly recommend this house ! Scott is available and helpful!

Felt Like Home

This was our first time experience with VRBO property and I have to say it was excellent! Just wish our stay could have been longer. Scott was very responsive to all questions we had. Would absolutely return to property again.

Perfect!

The house had all the necessities which provided for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed spending time on the lanai, at the local pool and walking to Sawgrass Grove. We loved using the golf cart to access the golf courses and the other squares in The Villages.

House hunting

We stayed here a while, looking for a house in the villages. We found our forever home while staying in this house. :) this house was super clean and super comfortable, and I would highly recommend it.

Right across from Sawgrass. Will be 10 minute cart ride to the new Eastport. Great having the golf cart included.

Thanksgiving Holiday

The owner Scott is very easy to work with. The home was immaculate the rooms were comfortable the beds were comfortable. Gas grill and lanai were a nice addition to the amenities the home provided. A wonderful golf cart was provided and we enjoyed driving to Sawgrass Village for entertainment. Did not use pools due to the weather but they looked very inviting. The neighborhood is adjacent to Sawgrass and was Incredible for food and shopping and entertainment. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat. Thanks Much!

Amazing property

Our family stayed at the Villages for the first time as we wanted to experience something new except Orlando resorts. The property is conveniently located just one hour drive from the parks. It is close to all amenities. The house is exactly what we expected and I don’t know what this property was missing. It had everything your heart would desire. The kitchen, laundry room had all we needed. The bedrooms were fully furnished and decorated with taste which made our vacation memorable. The host was very informative and extremely helpful when we had to ask him a few questions. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
