This warm and well-decorated 22 m² studio can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is perfect for a stay as a couple, solo or with friends, in one of the city's most sought-after neighbourhoods.
Located just a few steps from the main beach, Arago market, SNCF train station and city centre, everything is accessible on foot: restaurants, shops, entertainment, ports...
The accommodation consists of:
A sleeping area in a mezzanine equipped with a double bed,
A comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room,
A practical desk for teleworking or organizing your getaways,
A modern and well-equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, induction hobs, kettle, toaster, coffee maker...
A beautiful renovated bathroom with shower, washbasin unit and WC.
The studio offers a cosy and contemporary atmosphere, with numerous storage spaces and carefully designed decor.
