Beautiful views from the veranda and many windows throughout the villa! The host, Michael was very responsive and was there to welcome us to the villa. We appreciated his recommendations for hiking, beaches and dining.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Host was available throughout the stay and was very helpful with recommendations. Although St John and St Thomas as experiencing several outages, we were not impacted due to solar back up. We enjoyed cooking in the nice size kitchen and the veranda was very comfortable providing outstanding views and shade throughout the day.

Gorgeous location with breathtaking views. Michael was a great host and his recommendations and tips made getting to the island a breeze. Additionally the island guide he provided helped us pick great places to eat, visit and shop. The veranda is gorgeous and a beautiful place to relax. The house is equipped with everything you need. Bernard met us at the rental car agency and took us to Palm Vista and showed us around. He was lovely and helpful; much appreciated after a long day of traveling.We were sad to leave, a good indicator of a great vacation! Thank you Michael!

We have stayed at many premium rentals in varying locations around the globe. Michael's beautiful home is truly a sanctuary offering incredible views and perfectly appointed accommodations. Also noteworthy is Michael's ability to provide prompt, hands on support for any request or question- a true host with impeccable skill. This is now our new favorite home away from home- we will be visiting again soon!!! Thank you Michael for taking such good care of us!!

Amazing Views

This villa has amazing views, a fantastic layout and lots of outside space! With 3 suites it was perfect for my entire family. We LOVED the views and peace and quiet of the location!

The host Michael was friendly and approachable and responsive to questions during the stay. Property was well maintained. Views from home were spectacular! My only complaint was the power situation. The island (or neighborhood) lost power twice. Solar backup with batteries exist on the property but storage ran low and we were asked to turn off AC and otherwise conserve power. We worked around this but for an expensive property like this guests should have uninterruped power.

Thanks for your nice review. St John's power grid is tenable at best, which is why I invested $60,000 in solar panels & Tesla back-up batteries, to ensure my guests are comfortable. This system automatically engages in the event of a power outage. During an outage I monitor the batteries and may ask guests to reduce their power usage so they don't run out of power. I'm happy to report these guests never lost power in the villa. I agree, I wish we had a power company that provided uninterrupted power on this island. Having lived here for almost 20 years, we have learned to role with it.

Had an outstanding trip and enjoyed our stay at Palm Vista. We were able to access Michael throughout our stay with any questions regarding the island and the property. The house is well kept and would highly recommend. The view is one of the best I have ever seen. Can't wait to return.

Great stay!

Overall, Palm Vista is a wonderful villa with jaw dropping views and all the amenities you need. Host is very friendly and responsive - checking in to make sure you are having the perfect trip. Highly recommend!

Best views on the Island!

The Villa was lovely and the views were incredible. This was my 2nd time to St. John. The kitchen is also very well stocked with everything that you will need!

Palm Vista, St. John

This was the best home we have stayed in through VRBO. This was our 3rd visit to St. John and we were very happy to see that the restaurants and shops were open and fully staffed. What a great vacation!

Lovely week in paradise

Property is stunning - the view is unmatched. A review cannot do it justice. Grounds are well maintained and home is clean. Michael is a wonderful, responsive host. Our family very much enjoyed our stay and would happily go back again without hesitation!

Beautiful condo, gorgeous views. The Villa is stocked with everything you would need for a perfect beach getaway. The owner provided excellent recommendations and information about the island. We had the best week in St. John and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

Another happy guest. Just an FYI, Palm Vista is not a condo but a free standing villa. Sometimes guests use the word “condo” as a catch all phrase. (Didn’t want any prospective guest to be confused)

The pictures don’t do this place justice!! It’s gorgeous … amazing sunset and sunrise from the porch. Bedrooms are big and beautiful!! Loved our entire visit!!! Michael made it super easy!!

Annual trip with friends (all in healthcare) looking for relaxation.

Palm Vista is a gorgeous property. It’s located close enough to Cruz Bay to go in for dinners but you can also enjoy the quiet neighborhood and grill out for dinner on the deck. The panoramic views from the deck are amazing. The beaches in St. John are pristine. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend this property! Well stocked kitchen items and awesome pool too!

Great Stay at Palm Vista

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Palm Vista. The house is extremely well appointed and has everything you need for a great stay in St. John. Michael met us at the market and led us to the house and gave us a full tour of the property and all its features upon arrival. It's an easy drive from Cruz Bay and the beachers. The pictures really don't do the the view justice, as it is incredible! Highly recommend a stay at Palm Vista!

Our host (Michael) was wonderful, so wonderful we had him over for dinner! Greatest views on the island. We wanted for nothing at our unit!!!! We will be back for sure!
