What a fantastic villa and lovely stay. It was perfect for our holiday. The main highlights being the size of the pool but also how clean and well kept everything was. We have stayed in villas in the past which were completely falling apart but this was not like that at all. The games room was great and well looked after. It was so nice not to have to worry about anything whilst there. There were plenty of kitchen/cooking equipment and a nice stash of supplies left from previous guests such as Salt/pepper/teabags etc…The rooms were all a good size and easily fit our family of four. Check in was nice and easy and communication with Kris was easy and quick if we needed anything. We would 100% stay here again.

The villa was in a great location with plenty of amenities and easy access onto the highways. The area has some wonderful restaurants, especially Sarah’s Greek restaurant and well worth a visit!!The villa met all our needs and was clean and well stocked. The pool area was safe and a great area for our teenage children. We are regular visitors to Orlando and what sets this villa apart from others is the games room. Kris has obviously used his experiences of his own vacations and provided the perfect environment for a family. My children never left the games room, allowing me and my wife to relax and unwind after hectic theme park visits. Thank you Kris for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning in the future. The Carson family

Myself and my young family had a fantastic two weeks at the villa. We were mainly out exploring Disney and universal but it was very relaxing to come back and take a dip in the pool and unwind in the games room.The villa was bigger than we expected and we could have easily fitted 4 more people and had plenty of space. The kids loved their room and were upset to leave. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

The villa is clean, quiet and accessible. The host is genuine. There are plenty of towels and my truest love here besides the pool, is/was that everything is labeled! We have stayed at several VRBO properties and I’ve always said, “Boy, I wish the switches were labeled!!!” Kris and family have it all mapped out for you. We enjoyed our stay in a very quiet villa.

A wonderful stay all around. Stayed here for 7 weeks and everything was perfect. House was very clean and comfortable to live in. Location is very good to get to the I-4 and is close to a lot of food spots and shops. Kris was very friendly and easy to communicate with and made the stay very easy.

You may be wondering why we bought our villa. Well, as a teenager I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house in N. Fort Myers, Florida. I was able to enjoy spending time at the local beaches and occasionally visiting Orlando and its various amusement parks.

Now we have two small children, who we wanted to bring to Florida to enjoy all it had to offer. Our goal was to travel at least two times a year to Orlando and stay at the local 4 & 5 star hotels, but the costs were just too great. We started looking for alternatives. That is when we learned about vacation villas.

Having found the Florida lifestyle and weather very much to our taste and not to mention the incredible attractions and fabulous leisure pursuits that abound in this state, we were lucky enough to be able to buy a villa close to Disney. To help with the expenses and because we eventually want to make this a retirement home, we decided to make the villa available to rent year-round.

We have added alot of items to the villa such as: CD Players, large screen TVs, DVD Players, Wireless Internet, XBOX 360 game system, and a new game room with pool, air hockey and foosball.

We are also mindful of children and have games, books, children's videos, cot, stroller and highchair.

There is a wonderful large pool in the back with pool toys and inflatable rafts for you to use. The comfortable pool furniture should make life 'great' during your stay. This we hope will lead to guests wanting to return and also recommending us to others.

Many of our guests have been trying a villa holiday for the first time and they are now converted to 'villa' holidays as the best form of accommodation!! They are experiencing luxury at a very inexpensive price and getting so much more for their money than just a hotel room!!!! There is local management that watches the property to make sure there are no problems during your visit.
