Another outstanding time at Newfound Lake. Cottage is perfectly situated and adorable. Water is pristine and appreciated the eagle and loons visiting making it a truly enchanting vacation.

We loved our stay again. We had an interesting encounter with an eagle on the dock. Got a lot of good videos of it. We will be planning a trip back there soon.

Hi! Yes we do not have a stove. We have 2 electric burners, flat top griddle, microwave, grill and Traeger smoker. Thank you for pointing out the issue with the shower. The plumber said there was a leak and it changed the color of the wood—that would have led to a mold issue. Thank goodness it did not get there. Thanks again for that. The issue has been resolved and our most recent guest had no issues. We look forward to seeing you again!

Perfect location for swimmers and boaters

Excellent stay. Cabin was just right for us. Can't beat the location. Plenty of room on the beach and a floating dock to keep the kids occupied.

We had a wonderful time at this 2 bedroom cabin located steps away from the lake. The cabin was clean and cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed including spices. It does not have a stove but offers a smoker and a grill. The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets which came in handy as we had a few chilly nights. The main reason we chose this rental was that it offered a dock so we could bring up our boat. A few things to note is that trailer parking is across the street which can be busy at times. Also, the dock is located next to a sandy beach which has filled in a bit but you can still dock using the end cleat. The lake may have been low as we came at the end of the season. We also enjoyed the use of the 2 kayaks and floats for swimming. Beside spending time on the lake, we enjoyed hiking up to Goose pond and walking the bank of the Pemi and Smith rivers. Thanks for sharing this gem of a cabin with us!

The listing description was accurate. The home was sweet, great view and easy access to the water. The host was helpful, beds comfy, and grill was cleaned and worked well.

Return stay

This is our second time back and enjoyed ourselves. We went fishing, swimming, and mountain bike riding. We love Newfound Lake.

Perfect waterfront cabin steps away from private beach with plenty of shallow water for children

We had a fabulous time in and on this CLEAN quiet lake. Relaxing Kayaking fishing and swimming all week. Hosts were wonderful and supplied everything we needed and more. There can’t be a better spot on Newfound Lake. Best lake vacation!

Beautiful

This cottage is a hidden gem! We had an amazing week relaxing here! The cottage itself is immaculate and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beach was perfect for our little ones. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Great paradise in North end of Newfound Lake

This was a spectacular stay weather matched the great location and responsiveness of the hosts. We were at home and sad to go. The neighbors and others were very kind and the location is the closest you wil ever get to the Lake literally 12 feet. This was a most memorable stay and we plan to be back! The best hosts great care for renters above and beyond!

Perfect quiet getaway

This was our second year at this cottage. A perfect lake side setting. Quiet and restful. Deck, dock and beach area right outside the door. Beautiful view. Well stocked. Just what we were looking for.

Lake house

It was exactly as advertised, beautiful view, very clean and well provisioned. We loved sitting on the deck for breakfast , lunch and dinner. We were worried about the shared dock but it was not an issue and worked out just fine. Now if only something could be done about the weather :)

Sweet little house and spot

Our family of four visited the in late August and spent every day in the lake swimming and fishing. It is a lovely little house and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. And if there was something we needed, there wasn’t anything we couldn’t get after short drive into town. The shared beach and shallow waterfront was big enough to share with the neighboring HOA members, without feeling we were encroaching into each others spaces - and in fact they were all so nice and welcoming.

A Slice of Heaven

We really can’t properly describe how outstanding our week was and how magnificent the location and accommodations were. It truly was a slice of heaven from the welcome treats to the well appointed interior comforts. Everything was more than one could hope for. We’ve booked our return trip for longer and can’t wait to come back to this serene cottage again! And, on top of all this - the owners were very receptive to our inquiries and very prompt in returning responses. Couldn’t be happier.

Lake Life Simplicity and Splendor

Our young family had a wonderful time at this property. The cabin kitchen was well appointed with all the basics. The cabin was clean and the owner was responsive and communicative throughout the process. Beds were comfortable. They even had great toys, books, floats, games, life jackets for the kids and a pack n play. The views were beautiful. The kids had a blast on the kayaks. The beach was nice and quiet with very friendly and kind neighbors who respected privacy but would have a conversation if that's what you're looking for. The location was on a nice and quiet spot on the lake. The Audobon trails are a minute or two down the road. The cabin was really quaint and simple. We were pleased with the cleanliness and newness of the cabin. It was easy check in and out process. The boat slip is a nice bonus. The cabin had just enough creature comforts for a suburban family while not having so many that the kids were glued to the TV or internet. Great place to stay.

My husband, son and I stayed for a week and then just my husband and I stayed the following week. What an amazingly time we had. We brought our sailboat and sailed often. The lake was quiet and absolutely gorgeous. The deck allowed us to sit peacefully listening to the birds and the water. The house was well equipped, clean, and the beds very comfortable. Heather responded quickly when a problem developed and it was rectified in a timely manner. The towns of Bristol and Plymouth were close by and the people all over the area were delightful. I would not hesitate to recommend this gem of a vacation spot as we hope to return next year.

Excellent lake get-a-way

My friends and I take an annual fall lake vacation when we bring our boat to ski and enjoy cruising on the water. We chose Newfound Lake this year because we heard of the Newfound Lake Rendezvous where wooden boats are displayed and one of our party brought the boat that he built. We had a great time at the Rendezvous!! We had a wonderful week in the very clean, quaint cottage. The house was well furnished and had everything we needed (except for internet connection :( We spent a lot of time on the deck with a beautiful view of the lake. We also enjoyed the hiking trails and the nearby small towns. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Comfortable and peaceful

This charming cottage was all we needed. Comfortable inside and out. Close dock, great deck , swim area was nice with sandy beach and inside was cute, cozy and comfortable with out being cluttered. The kitchen was fine with out an oven. Other appliances were nice. We plan to return
