Great for the whole family, wonderful outdoor space for the kids to play (and they loved the train room!), plenty of games and books. Perfect for our family vacation with close proximity to hiking.

Host was very accessible when questions arose. Property was well maintained and nice place to escape for some quiet and to allow the family a place to sleep in between skiing. Also loved that there were places for the grandson to play outside and in.

This was a lovely cabin that was way better than the pictures. Phyllis the hostess was great and easy to reach. The house is older but was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We got in late and couldn’t pick up any groceries. My boys were so excited when they found pancake mix and syrup early the next morning. The kitchen is fully stocked and I loved that there was coffee creamer. Listening to the creek immediately in front of the cabin was very relaxing. We don’t have young kids but this would be perfect for a family with little ones. We were here for a technology free weekend and also loved that there was only one TV in the game room upstairs. (But don’t worry, the wifi worked great when we had to look up restaurants for dinner). Only caveats, being from Texas, it was very cold in the house when we arrived and took a while to warm up. Then, it got hot upstairs on day 2 because we couldn’t quite figure out the system. Second, I would not make a fire in the living room fire place. It got a little Smokey/smelly inside. The neighbors cat was adorable and the location is very close to town and convenient to everything. They had board games and puzzles and great books about the history of the town. Highly recommend the hot springs. We can’t wait to visit this place again.

Great home

The place is awesome. We had 4 couples and it was so nice and roomy. And in a great location, very easy to get to. Highly recommend staying there.

Great home base!

Had a great time staying at this home! Very comfortable and well-stocked, fabulous location for a home base if you are doing lots of outdoor activities.

Enjoyed our stay! Lots of space for our group of 6 adults. The location was wonderful for everything we wanted to do. Lighting overall was too soft and could benefit from white lights in lieu of yellow. A postive experience and would stay again.

Great Mountain View’s with a creek and a house that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Host was excellent and easy check in check out!

Mom daughters trip, plenty of space, wonderfully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and really close to the hot springs resort and a cute town...highly recommend..host was very easily reached

Fabulous Stay

We loved the house! It was so cozy, yet had plenty of room to spread out. The location was convenient for all the activities we had planned. Would definitely return on our next trip to Colorado!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean and spaceous. The creek running through the property is so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Perfect stay for the whole family

This is a wonderful stay for the whole family! The kiddos loved the treehouse and swing set outside and the play room inside. The adults loved the woodburning fireplace and cozy atmosphere. It's a beautiful home -- even better than the pictures. Would stay again!

Great stay as always

We have rented this property 5 or 6 times. Owner is great to work with and we always enjoy or stay. House is spacious and clean. Highly recommend.
