That is because we work hard to make sure the home is clean, safe and comfortable. It has all you will need in order to relax, enjoy and have a wonderful Florida experience. Heather, Thank you for your positive review. Ozona is located Central to Tarpon springs, Dunedin and Clearwater beach. Close to the Pinellas Trail and walking distance to Downtown Palm Harbor and downtown Ozona. Honeymoon Island is a bike ride away. So happy you were able to enjoy all the things that Ozona has to offer.

Arlene, Thank you for this great review. I'm happy that you metioned the water pressure and temperature as some of the guests must not read my text instructing them to turn the shower faucet less for hotter water verses more (like most faucets). So happy that you enjoyed the home.

David, Most reviews don't talk about the proximity to downtown Ozona and downtown Old Palm Harbor but I think it's one of our best selling points. Not only do you have the wildlife and waterfront experience but you have dozens of restaurants, bars, live music, shops, breweries and more within a few blocks radius. Come and stay with us again!

It's only 1000' from the home and we offer free bikes. Anyone reading this review, please understand that my wife and I personally manage the property and live only a few blocks away. We take pride in making sure the home is clean, safe, and fun. You can literally walk to several restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. We are confident that if you book with us you will have a great experience.

Demond, Thank you for your review. I think what happened is the shower faucet in the bathroom is opposite which means the less you turn it the hotter it gets. Sorry for any confusion. We're happy you enjoyed your stay.

John, Thank you for your feedback. The brand new dock is being built as I write this and should be done by next week. I apologize about it being inconvenient to launch them when you were here. Next time you come there will be a brand new stationary 38' dock with a boat lift and even a floating dock to make it easier to launch the kayaks etc. We had a really hot June. Not sure a fan would have helped in the screened in porch area, but I'll look into it. If a fan will make a dent in this heat, I'll install one on the porch asap. Thanks again, Anthony

Sarah, Thank you for your awesome review. The house is very versitile with a rear den separate from the front living room, the twin beds bedroom in the rear also allows for privacy. The screened in porch is a good place to do work, eat, drink or just hang out. Come again.

I would like to mention there are another dozen or more restaurants, shops etc down the street from the Downtown Ozona places. It's called Old Palm Harbor...only a walk or short bike ride away. The Pinellas Trail is only 1000' from the home. Please come again.

If you're a potential guest reading this review in order to make a decision on where to stay please know that my wife and I personally manage this property and live only a few blocks away. We make great efforts to ensure the home is clean, safe, and filled with everything needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. You'll notice that we have dozens of positive reviews and only two less positive reviews. That's because we use an extremely professional cleaning team that we have been using for over 15 years and we take managing this property personally. Regarding this guest's complaints, I can assure you the pillowcase wasn't stained nor were there dirty dishes, hence no photos. I informed the guests that the spin arm on the dishwasher was loose and if the dishwasher didn't clean well it was because of the spin arm. Once they notified me the dishwasher wasn't working well, I installed the new spin arm within one day. The home isn't perfect but it's as close as it can get. Rest assured if you choose to stay at our cozy abode you will have a wonderful time. You can fish from our neighboring sister property across the street, use the free kayaks or walk to incredible sunsets to name a few things to do. Last, although there were no serious issues other than the water heater leaking which was beyond anyone's control, I still gave Tim a substantial refund to account for any slight inconvenience he and his family may have had.
