I’m very sorry the unit wasn’t cleaned to standard and that dust affected your guests’ allergies — that falls short of what we expect. We’ve scheduled a professional deep clean, reinforced our cleaning checklist, and increased inspections to prevent this going forward. We’ll also have maintenance inspect the master bathroom fan/light and replace or repair it to improve performance and lighting. I’m glad our team was able to deliver the extra towels and bedding quickly; we’ll review inventory and pre‑arrival checks so future arrivals have everything they need.
